Sure enough, a couple weeks later, the sewer backed up again. So today (next day service), Arthur came out and sent a camera down.... they were right! it was an old sewer cap blocking the line! There's no real way to get it out easily, But Arthur managed, using a magnet. We called to have our furnace looked at as we had no heat. When the technician came he said the…read morethere was a major part that needed to be replaced but it was under warrantee. It took several days to get the part in and once it was installed I was handed a bill for $2000. I was told that $500 of that bill was to return the old part to the manufacturer. Upon investigating I found out that the manufacturer covers the cost of returning defective parts under warrantee and this repair should have been around $500 to $600. I requested an itemized bill from them and was told that they don't do that and was ignored when I made further inquiries. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
