Being my first time in Little 5 points, I was pleasantly surprised to walk into all the vendors set up on the street for Halloween. Since it was still sunny and warm, my mom and I were ready for a cool drink to regain our energy. I tried their Yoga 1 juice while my mother tried their Happy smoothie. The juice was exactly what I needed in terms of being refreshingly sweet. The smoothie was huge since they only serve it in 24 ounces and it was thick. This can certainly serve as a meal replacer. The staff were so kind and we were able to snag one of the two benches they have outside since there is no seating available in their tight space. This has been on my list to try for the longest and I am glad I was able to try it today. I got the bexoricist smoothie with an extra oz of wheatgrass. This smoothie was definitely needed after my friend and I did a 45 min walk from Sun in my Belly to 5 points. The location is very small on the inside but has outside sitting. The inside was clean and the lady at the register was very nice and prompt to serve my friend and I. My friend got a PH balance type of juice and I am not sure what was in it. Despite the very small space & crowd , the young lady greeted us fairly quickly! We sort of knew what we wanted! My friend ordered the summer island smoothie, which sounded good in description, but had a very peculiar taste. I think it was the spicy nuts that may have been off putting. I chose the happy smoothie which was black and blueberry, mango, papaya, spinach and super green. For the exception of the millions of blackberry seeds, it was quite tasty and exactly what I needed after such a heavy indulgent holiday. It was huge- I believe 24 ounces. I was shocked that it was inexpensive even after adding hemp protein. At first, I was a bit skeptical because it was a murky green color but it was delicious. Very tiny location in Little Five Points, so it can get cramped even with just 6 people in the store. The worker was extremely friendly and helpful. I had never been to Arden's Garden so she gave suggestions. I asked her what the PH solution was and she gave me a sample to try with and without pinapple juice. It's basically a vegetable juice base, which I enjoyed. I told her to surprise me and she made me juice with the PH solution, bananas, blueberries and cherries. I really enjoyed it, but the flavor isn't for everyone. They do have a menu you can pick from or you can just make your own like I did. It can be quite expensive. I think one drink cost almost 9 bucks! That's a little steep in my opinion. They also sell organic honey and premade juices. read more

The Grand Slam shots were a little intense because of the ginger, but worth it. All the shots in the Grand Slam will promote energy and help keep your bodies system running smoothly. You can build your own smoothie, starting with a juice flavor, fresh frozen ingredients, "power boosting" shots and more. For the base, you can pick from one of many fruit juices, or go with the PH Balance. Be careful when ordering from here through uber eats. They were out of all the food items however the app wasn't updated to reflect this. When I canceled the order I was charged anyway.... uber wouldn't refund me and Arden wasn't helpful either....wish Arden would've just canceled it for me so I wasn't charged. It pains me to write this but it must be addressed. Let me first say that I LOVE everything Arden's Garden EXCEPT this location. The issues: 1. Parking - there are only three 15 min spots assigned to this store. What happens if they are filled?? Great question. Well then you have to pay to park! Either on the street on in the lot next to it. I should mention that it's a meter that requires a card or coins. 2. It's small - This location could probably fit 8 ppl max and you would probably be touching. When I got there I had to stand outside the door and wait. It was hot. So not cool. (It goes without saying but they don't have chairs inside) 3. The staff - they just weren't efficient. There may be a stigma that people drinking smoothies and fresh juice don't have anything better to do...but I do. At the other locations they ask you what you need as soon as you walk in. I've never been inside a location longer than 10 mins unless by choice. (I've been to 4 locations) In summary, I will take my coins to one of the other locations. Update: So I tried this location again because of its location in proximity to where I was. I will say that the parking situation was better than my last visit. They have 3 fifteen minute spots available (if you're lucky) *see photo. The staff was friendly and the wait wasn't as long. I still prefer the Marietta St location BUT would stop here in lieu of driving across town. read more

I have been going to Ardens garden for years and Nooooooo! I got a smoothie with banana, pineapple juice, strawberry, and mango. The fruit that was put in my smoothie looked freezer burned, and it had a taste that was like fruit that had gone bad. I also picked up a Yoga 1 juice that tasted rotten and sour! With the no refund policy, I got a gift card. I was offered another juice so I picked up the ginger, pineapple and apple. My friend and I both tasted it and then the bleach taste and smell hit us. I will never be going back to any locations. I understand cleaning machinery and protocols for safe serv, but this should NEVER be a customer experience. read more

The service woman who does the drinks is extremely nice but so nice where she spends 10 minutes talking to each person and it's crammed you can barely breath. You need to cut that out! It's only 3 steps people you know the deal, I can't stand when people are oblivious to what goes into a juice smoothie they get all stupid and act all confused. Then you get the over weight person who buys 2 gallons of juice to lose weight, people you do know exercise does the trick. You are going to gain all that weight back. Service is great, but it takes too long to be served when there's only 1 individual assisting customers. Also, there's nowhere to sit, so I really only stop here when I want to pick up my juice and keep moving. Today, however, I wanted a smoothie, but with 5 people in the space...I could barely move and the wait was a bit long. I opted to just grab a cold-pressed juice and keep going :-0. My girlfriend and I have gone to the Kirkwood location a number of times. We have always been very happy. However, it was after 6pm on a Sunday so we had to come to this location. We will not be returning. If the Kirkwood location is open, go there and avoid this location. This review has nothing to do with the sale items. I have always been very pleased with the food and beverages and they are the same as the other store. However, the employee was utterly useless and rude to boot. When we walked in she said hello and that was pretty much it. At the other location they have a handwritten book of different smoothies (very helpful when making a decision). So I asked her if they had one. "We don't have that here.". Nothing else. No "but I like" or "what do you like". Just "we don't have that here" followed by silence and a stare. Thanks. I just made my own smoothie and my girlfriend did the same. We asked a number of questions. Each was answered with either a one word response, or... A couple of times no response... Just a stare. She had a pompous, arrogant attitude and made it clear she would prefer we were not in the store. Guess what? Your wish is granted. We will not be returning. read more

This Arden's location is really small and I feel like on a summer day, any more than 5 people and it can get kind of cramped. I can't actually vouch for the juices they squeeze on site, but I have tried almost all of the fruit and vegetable juices they offer, and done their two day detox. Both times I've been there's only been one employee. Although there was another customer in the store before our group walked in, when they had left, he did not attend to us to see if we needed any help or offered up any suggestions. There's also a tiny sign that says buy 10 juices get 1 free; but the clerk also did not honor this. Boo. :( The juices themselves are pretty good; my favorites being any of the fruit juices (for the sweeter palette) and the Yoga 1, if you're looking to try green juices. It is a great baby step because it still has pineapples in it, which mellows out the super "green"-ness. Of the two vegetable juices I've had - the Multimax and the Super Green Machine, I much preferred the Multimax which does not include ginger and has cucumbers. The cucumber component is a nice refreshing taste to balance out the overpowering celery that is in the Super Green Machine. I actually can't taste either the kale or spinach in both juices, possibly because celery and ginger root are such bold flavors. 2 Day Detox -- I'll admit, it was a little overwhelming and I don't think I drank enough water to balance out the acidity of the juice which is pure grapefruit, orange, lemon juices and water. But honestly, I couldn't even finish the gallon a day, let alone tack water on top of the gallon. I ended up doing about 1.5 gallons over the two days. The first day was rough and I really wanted to chew on something. I guess I just missed having solids. The other thing that was difficult was that I think the acidity was burning my throat a bit and that's partially why I had to tone down the juice the second day. I thought Jamba Juice was expensive, but this place is one price range above Jamba. At least Jamba's juices taste good. I do not hate spinach but it just doesn't taste right in a drink. Popped into Arden's Garden on a warm spring day, seeking fruity refreshment. I really like the smoothie-building concept: you pick a base juice (apple, orange or pineapple) off the menu, up to three fruits (including raspberry, blueberry and peach) and any desired nutritional shots. Went here this past Sunday and we were the only customers there initially. I can certainly see how this place could get a bit cramped but for this visit that wasn't the case. The young lady behind the counter was very helpful and answered out questions about juicing. I got the grand slam and well it was pretty brutal to say the least lol. You get one shot of wheatgrass, a shot of ginger, a shot of lemon, and a cranberry shot. After this my tastebuds were SHOT! Haha! However, afterwards I did feel much more energized and the aftertaste lasted only a few moments. My boyfriend got a juice blend of pineapple, mangos, and ginger. Best smoothie place I've ever been to. You choose a base juice--apple, orange, or pineapple-- and fruits for your smoothie. You can add boosters for extra. The frozen fruit is blended with the juice for a perfectly smooth smoothie. As I waited for my smoothie, I noticed all the little treats they had for sale: kelp bars, artisan chocolate, etc. I got a pineapple base with peaches and mango, and it was fantastic. The sweetness of the mango and peaches balanced the acidity of the pineapple. The smoothie was around $3.50, which made it a pretty good deal considering its quality. Smoothies are usually pretty pricy anyway. Go here if you're in the area and in need of a drink to beat the Atlanta heat. read more

Support local, choose Arden's Garden! Everyone finds an excuse to hate on this place, but WHY?!?! The utilization of local ingredients is awesome. There are no weird additives like soy protein or whey or milk, just pure/fresh juice and frozen fruit. Add chia seeds to your smoothie to give you a boost - seriously, it really makes the difference! I usually stop by this location to pick up a few juices and smoothies. Sometimes I even let the counter gal choose my smoothie for the day. Never been disappointed! Of course, you have to try the Grand Slam (a shot each of wheatgrass, ginger root, lemon, and cranberry).
