I have mixed reviews...true they didn't deliver on time, but they did come through with the order (the arrangement was beautiful) and they credited me. The owner was very apologetic and as it turns out, the delivery company left the arrangement outside the gates of the delivery address...not at the door, where they were supposed to and no phone call ahead time. Ordered a "designer" bouquet ($150!) for Mother's Day and sent my teenage son to pickup. When he got home I was astonished they allowed the bouquet to leave looking like it did. If I had picked up, I would have never left with what they gave. The quality and condition of the flowers was beyond disappointing and honestly deceiving. Literal dead, rotten roses, broken stems and smashed roses. I reached out via dm on the businesses instagram and Facebook as to get this rectified, as well as the owners personal and have been blocked. My husband ordered flowers for Mother's Day. They did not arrive until 6 PM on Mother's Day. When they did, they looked like they had been sitting outside all day long. Also, they are very very overpriced for the quality of flowers and service we received. Note comments on each photo. I have had other negative experiences with them. One time, I walked in, placed and prepaid my order. When I went to pick it up the next week, they had no record of it. They did make my order as I waited but they are just very very unorganized and extremely overpriced. Nice people but not really great business people. 0/10 do not recommend. read more

I wish I would've checked their rating before we purchased a corsage from them. We asked for and the invoice stated as well, white and dark blue bow with white flowers. On both the receipt and invoice the pickup time was listed as before 5:00PM. My mother arrived a few minutes before 5:00 and they told her that the pickup time wasn't until 5:30PM. My mom pointed out that both the receipt and invoice said 5:00. They proceeded to tell her that 5:00 was wrong, so she had to wait. As you can see in the picture, there isn't any dark blue ribbon. They added metallic teal leaves, purple orchids, and rhinestones. My mom questioned the ribbon and the gaslit her by saying that they told her when it was ordered that they didn't have blue ribbon and yet they put it on the invoice. They also told her that the purple orchids were called "blue orchids." So, I guess the name automatically makes them the right color. They told my mom that they could change the teal leaves but that she'd have to pick it up later. When we went to take it back, the store was still lit up, employees inside, open sign on, but the door locked. They did not answer knocks on the door or phone calls. I've gone by there twice today and they're closed even though it's business hours. I've called multiple times with no answer. At this point, I've had to purchase from another florist that's doing a RUSH order for me. When they finally open, I'll return with what will be a sad, wilted corsage. read more

Nycole who stated to me "l own all this" in reference to the firelane easment that runs behind the Shell station next to her business and directly under those of us in living in the Townhouses at Willhagen Estates, as of 10pm May 6th until currently still ongoing, she had a semi rental truck park directly under our bedroom & living room windows running a generator 24/7 to keep her flower delivery fresh in irder to line her greedy pockets making it very clear she did not care who this effected because she owns it all....what a detriment to our community and a disgusting human being, l lost 2 days of work from sheer exhaustion due to a semi generator running and booming through my house for 5 days now, and still going. The most rude entitled piece of work l have ever met in 11 years of living here, and in 60 years of living in Sacramento, so yes totally give her more business, money, and power, lol. read more

I walked into this flower shop looking for Lilly's , the first thing said when I walked in was "there's my next victim" whispered under the breath of the lady at the front desk .. I felt extremely disrespected , not only that the flowers that were showed to me were not good at all. The customer service was also bad on the phone the lady was rude & talked over me through the conversation . When I got into the building I got called a "victim" & was rushed into making a decision because they were worried about getting orders ready for other customers that were not even in the building . The focus should have been on helping the customer that was in the building looking to spend money but they were more focused on other things. Again I got called a victim first thing as I walked into the door , the lady whispered it thinking I wouldn't hear , extremely rude & disrespectful service. How does this place stay in business? The people who work here are rude beyond belief. Never have I experienced such terrible customer service from a flower shop. I should've checked the reviews before trying to order from here. There's clearly a reason they're rated so poorly. They give people attitude for asking the most basic, reasonable questions like, "Hi, do you know when my order will be delivered?" or "What's the status of my order?" Instead of providing a simple answer, they act like you're bothering them. They're so incompetent, they can't even keep track of their orders. They try to find it in their computer, but they look like lost little kids. They have no idea what they're doing, what they're looking for, or how to use their own system. It's unacceptable. Learn to treat your customers better. They go beyond bad service. They're unprofessional, careless, and downright disrespectful and will put you on hold for 30 minutes when they don't like your question. Easily the worst flower shop in Sacramento, hands down. My mother ordered me flowers for Valentine's Day on February 13, 2024. They confirmed the order and said it would be delivered on Valentine's Day. After I received a message saying that the flowers were delivered, I called them because no flowers were delivered to me. No one answered or responded to my text so I called back the next day And the sales lady was completely apologetic saying it was their mistake and they would send out a new bouquet. The staff were incredibly rude. They sold 12 already damaged roses for $95. They even yelled at me to not take those damaged roses. I ended up buying nothing and wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I came 30 minutes before closing to get my friend, whose cat died very tragically and suddenly, flowers. I had just gotten off work and wanted to support a small business instead of going to somewhere like Safeway or Trader Joes. Upon walking in, the owner seemed disheveled and annoyed that I was coming into her shop. I gave them my price range and was told another girl would come out with some options for me to choose. When she came out, she only had one bouquet, with what looked like really tacky blue flowers from afar. I made sure there were no lilies in the bouquet, as they are toxic to cats and also looked up any flowers toxic to cats online just to make sure. She told me the names of all the flowers in it and I asked her to take out the irises because online it said they could be potentially toxic to cats. They both acted shocked that I was being so "difficult." The storeowner rolled her eyes at me and the florist girl SCOFFED and said "I have cats and I've been doing flowers for 50 years and my cats have never had an issue." to which I re-iterated that the only reason I was buying flowers was for my friend WHOSE CAT DIED TRAGICALLY that day and who has their sibling (ANOTHER CAT) at home! I couldn't believe how insensitive and downright rude they both were. I would highly recommend taking your money to literally any other florist in the area. Not worth supporting this small business due the rudeness, insensitivity and overpriced bouquets. read more

We ordered a corsage from Arden Park Florist for a homecoming dance. It was the first time we had used them as our normal florist had a family emergency. I placed the order five days before the dance, and was told that the corsage would be ready at 4 PM on the day of the dance. I let them know that that was really cutting it close for our plans, but that we will be there right at four to pick it up. When my son arrived at 4 PM, he was told it would be 30 to 40 more minutes which would make him late for picking up his date. I went to the store to try to see what was going on, and first talked to a young associate who was very nice, but who was clearly embarrassed because there were so many people angry and waiting because everybody's orders were late. I asked to speak to the owner was so outrageously rude to me -immediately -that I will never use this florist again. She had 10 different excuses (which I didn't ask for, I just wondered why our order wasn't ready at the promised time - first it was that so many people showed up early to pick up their orders, then it was that a big order had just come in earlier that day, and then it was that they were short staffed...) I'm not sure why she kept giving me excuses instead of working on my order and all the other orders of the people who were waiting.I think they just prioritize taking money and don't worry about delivering quality products on time ) What made it even worse, was that the prices are extremely inflated ($80 for a corsage?!??), the flowers were wilted and it was not even pretty in any way - more 1980s cheap and outdated. I love supporting local businesses, but this florist is rude, the flowers are not anywhere near good quality, and they are extremely overpriced. I should've read the reviews before I placed the order, but given what I know now I am surprised they even have any business. What a disappointment for a local business. read more

They delivered the flowers at 430 pm which most businesses are closing or closed. The recipient that was suppose to get the flowers for the there birthday was gone for the day and not to return for 3 days later. Then they send these pictures of it and not to boot it was delivered to a place of businesses with students which were not impressed. I must admit, I am absolutely shocked to see these 1 star reviews because they describe the complete opposite of what I've experienced. I live out of town, but have ordered flowers multiple times for my grandmother who lives near Arden Park and have had nothing but a fantastic experience all around. In general with florists, I've found its always best to see what is available online, but then call the florist directly, explain the occasion and what I'm looking for, and then let them work their magic. Every time I've ordered flowers from Arden Park I've spoken to the owner Nykole and she is an amazing human. Her passion for her business and for arranging flowers shines through the phone. She is the EXACT reason I love supporting small businesses. Nykole is super creative in giving different options to make unique arrangements. And this is all just on the ordering side of things! Now on to the actual arrangements themselves - WOW, WOW, WOW!!!! The end product exceeds even the fantastic service Nykole provides! The first time I ordered it was for my grandmother's 95th birthday. I let Nykole know that I wanted to order an arrangement that would outshine anything else other family members would get my grandmother and Nykole went over some different options with me. I ended up going with Nykole's recommendation and the final result did not disappoint. The arrangement was perfectly put together with an OCD level of detail. Each flower was perfectly placed and it was very obvious it took a good amount of time to put this arrangement together. I also asked for a few balloons to be included and Nykole included SIX balloons to match the aesthetic of the over the top arrangement!! She went above and beyond! And I looked like the golden grandchild in the eyes of my grandmother, parents, and the rest of our very large family! I continue to order flowers for my grandmother from Arden Park and have never been disappointed. I can't express enough how thankful I am for Nykole and how much I recommend Arden Park Florist. Easy to talk on the phone, very professional, good pointed questions. Covered all bases for what I was looking for within my $60 price point. I visited this florist for the first time on the 3rd of March seeking a simple flower bouquet for my first date with a very special woman. They went into a flurry of activity giving very helpful suggestions. They suggested and arranged a stunning display. When I entered the restaurant I noticed that the women present were openly admiring the bouquet I was carrying. When my date arrived, she couldn't stop rhapsodizing about its beauty. And I felt that the other women seemed jealous when watching her leave proudly carrying the bouquet. My girlfriend is still raving about the bouquet nearly two weeks later. My company ordered flowers from the OWNER of Arden Park Florist for an employee that was retiring after 17 years!! The order was placed the PRIOR day for a morning delivery. By noon, the flowers were not delivered. When Arden Park Florist was contacted, they said the flowers were on their truck and would be there (this is around noon), By 3pm, the flowers weren't delivered!! When Arden Park Florist was called AGAIN, they said they only had one delivery daily and it would have been better if we picked the flowers up ourselves. UNBELIEVABLE!!! Now the employees will miss out on the flowers we ordered for last day of work!!! They outsourced it to Arden Park Florist --- I ordered and paid for delivery for February 12th, thinking I'd beat the Valentine's rush. Guess what???
