This is a Tesco Metro so not the biggest store but I was only going in for the basics which was…read morefine. They stock the daily essentials from bread, milk, some fruite, cereal and biscuits etc. The store has good opening times and access into the store is by automatic doors making it both wheelchair and puschair friendly. The staff were helpful and I did not have to queue for very long. They accept the clubcard so you can get points which can be saved up and exchanged either to pay for your shopping or spent on clubcard deals.

The owner of the store has a new line's and extended shelves for extra booze. They now stock Buckfast. The guy at the till must have a support line or chat line service to his shop as his mobile has never left his ear in all the time that l have been coming here.

This shop has had so many owners over the years that I've lost count, and it seems to have had just…read moreas many makeovers! It's most recent incarnation is by far the most slick I can remember, which maybe isn't surprising given it's branding. Although this is only a small village shop it's difficult to remember that with styling and furnishings more in-keeping with it's large urban counterparts. There is also an amazing selection of goods crammed into the small space, which doesn't mean that this shops cramped. Ok, so the aisles are narrow, but then it's never going to be so busy that this is an issue it's well presented, it's well stocked, the staff recognise you and you them. It's friendly and personable, and whilst it's no the cheapest in the world it's by no stretch of the imagination the most expensive.
