When I try to go in there is a note saying the person is on break and to pay at pump. Well isn't that just wonderful. Thankfully I remembered that I get an e-receipt from Shell, so I got my code from my email and decided to come back the next day. In the midst of this I noticed the car wash line was super long and some people were actually BACKING OUT of going in. Didn't think anything of it. I was on a time crunch and since you have 14 days to use your code I decided to come back later. I returned the very next morning and input my code. In doing that surprise , surprise the car wash DOES NOT WORK and sprays a bit of water then literally stops working while my car is inside it. You would think if the car wash was clearly having problems the day before there'd be a sign or something. None of that was the case. To save myself from further frustration I left. I'm down $14 and that's fine , but it will definitely be the last penny this place gets from me.

While pumping my gas went inside to purchase a beverage for my morning commute. The cashier pretty much wouldn't accept my $20 note. I can understand this station probably deals with counterfeits but seriously. Get a counterfeit pen...it's really not that hard. If you're not going to accept cash, put up a sign. Will never spend another dollar here. Plenty of stations in the area.

My husband went back inside to get the deal and the lady said she couldn't give him a refund. He wasn't asking to return the drink but to simply be able to get the deal. I feel like if the cashier knew the store promotions she should have pushed the promotion when he was in the store or at least be willing to accommodate the customer when the customer realized there was a better deal available. I mapped to this location thinking it was a Loop, but when I pulled in, the signage said Poppy. The outside and inside looked identical to other Loop stores I've been to, with the same bright layout, the usual car wash, and even the exact same promotions on drinks and snacks. Because it looked and felt just like a Loop, I figured it was part of the same network and tried to use my Loop drink subscription. Unfortunately, it didn't work. Still no luck, which was a little disappointing since I made the stop assuming I could use it. Aside from the confusion, the store itself was clean, organized, and had a decent selection of snacks and drinks. The only other downside was the gas prices, which were pretty high compared to other nearby stations (ARCO) that are also conveniently located right off the highway. Overall, it's not a bad stop, especially if cleanliness and friendly staff matter to you, but I'd recommend they update their name and info on Apple Maps so others aren't misled like I was. And if they're going to mirror Loop locations so closely, it would be helpful to clarify whether or not they're affiliated.
