Came here at 8:30 am went through the car wash and had to get to a 8 am appointment so I didn't have a chance to ck the car out after the wash. At 10 am I looked at the front end and it was like never washed. I went back to the Arco to see if I can run the car though and the girl said I have to wait 15 mins because the guy is out to lunch. Ok so now it's 20 mins ????? Bad customer service they should just say go ahead and have a nice day. I have been using the wash for two yrs now. NEGATIVE STAR RATING!!!! Don't support these idiots that took ownership under 76 Union. Very rude and disrespectful. All the bad reviews about this place seem to be valid. Came here and purchased gas at pump. Went inside to use restroom and some Muslim guy with no communication skills with a broom and dustpan came out and immediately closed the only bathroom door and stared at me like I was nobody and walked out the entry door. WTF?!?! So approached the cashier and asked to use the restroom and said it should be open cause his employee was inside the restroom. Told him that guy ignored me and went outside. So he went to go fetch the same guy to open the bathroom who then started to question if I was paying customer which I said yes. He then wanted to see my receipt which of course the pump receipt paper was empty. He began to have a conversation about the restrooms for paying customers and I had to show him my vehicle next to pump to show proof. Unfortunately for arco and us this place has turned into Beyonf Food Mart 76 gas station. They are all about no $0.35 charge but the sell cigarettes that show on the rapper a discount. Came to get gas and noticed all the signs saying $4 car wash with $20 gas. I desperately needed a quick wash so I went for it. Cashier lady asked me which option I wanted and I pointed at the $4 wash and noticed it's not $4 according to the receipt. Very confused as this is false advertisement. I mean it's a dollar more but they should advertise $5 if it's really not $4 unless she's just trying to rip me off.. didn't settle well with me so here I am writing this review in the parking lot before I get my wash. 3 stars bc gas station is spacious and the wash has free vacuum. read more

My car was very dirty and in desperate need of a car wash so I decided I go through the carwash at the location. I usually don't come here since everything needs to be paid either cash or debit. I've gone though the car wash before, with mediocre results at best. I was there Sunday, and thought "What the heck; I'm here, and I can just wipe off anything they missed with the blue paper towel they give me". The attendant took a second off of his cell phone call to guide me in, but only gave me the "dash wipe", not a paper towel. I went through, and sure enough the car still had spots. I parked and went to get a paper towel from the attendant. He was off on his cell phone, so I grabbed a towel, and then suddenly heard "No! No! Dollar!" I told the attendant who was screaming at me that he had not given me a towel yet, and he repeated "No! It's a dollar! Not free"! OK, Arco, fine. Keep your paper towel. I'll keep the $1000 plus dollars that I might have spent there, were it not run by thieves. There's a Chevron just a half mile away that does a better job, and I'm recommending everyone go there, and put you out of business. read more

The best car wash! Attendant sits at the start of it before you go in and gives you an air freshener, dash board wipe and towel. My car looks excellent! (And a free vacuum after) Will definitely be coming back!! read more

Why am I reviewing a gas station? Well, I'm a fan of gas stations with car washes and this one has a pretty good one. There's an attendant by the pay station that hands out a towel, air fresheners, and an individual wipe. There are vacuum stations that are out of the way of traffic pulling up to the pumps. There are signs stating you have 5 minutes to vacuum, but I don't think anyone monitors that area (?). Car wash fans -- this spot is for you. read more

Neither of the clerks working spoke English or Spanish. Cash only! No credit card. If you want to use your debit card, you pay a transaction fee; if you want to use their ATM, you pay a $3.00 fee. I was approached in the parking lot (as was everyone else getting gas) by two dudes in a minivan asking me if I wanted to "buy some hot stereos or rocks." Bathrooms are filthy. Idk why this place has such a low rating. This is my favorite arco and they have the best customer service from All the ones I've been too. They also recognize and build relationships with their costumers. I'm a regular here and they always greet me with a big smile and eventually they remembered my name and always ask how I'm doing. One time i didn't stop for 2 weeks and asked how I've been cause they haven't seen me for a while. Yeah its all about money and business but the fact that they even noticed says alot. read more

I went to this location around 4am this morning . I gave the lady a $100 dollar bill. She said I'll be back and took my money in the back . First off why?? Then she came back and said we have a pin and it didn't mark . I said what the bill is from a bank establishment . She said that they have fake ones and give them to customers yeah right . So I went to another gas station down the street. He verified that it was indeed real. So I paid for my gas and said thank you. He was very nice . Wish I would've went there in the first place .so anyway I went back and told the Hispanic lady that . I went to another gas station and he verified that my money was real.
