I approached the registers as there were only two registers open with both lines long. After waiting in line 10 minutes another register open asking the gentleman in front of me she would take him next. I soon followed to the third register which was a female checking the register. After waiting a long time I realized I was now pressed for time to my appointment. I only has five items I was purchasing. I noticed the female at the register was chatty with the gentleman in front of me, had nothing to do with groceries. I could tell the gentleman behind and others in line were getting irritated. After chatting with the gentleman in front of me it finally my turn. she rang my five items I pulled out cash, just as she was about to open the register to give me my changed back, the gentleman next to me asked the cashier if he would be able to redeem a coupon and showed her his phone. The cashier at that moment stopped with finishing with me, which all she had left to do was give me my change. The cashier started addressing the gentleman's concerns left me waiting, the cashier soon pulled out her personal phone to help him while I wait...next think I know she started chatting with him about the coupon processed and was about to help him download the app. I then asked the cashier if I could please just get my change as I was pressed for time. The cashier replied to me "hold on I made a mistake with your order" meanwhile addressing the mans needs on her phone. I then stated that I was pressed for time could I just please get my changed. The cashier at that moment became very irritated stating to the gentleman " OH MY GOD EVERYONE IS IN A HURRY TODAY, LETS GET HER OUT OF HERE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE BECAUSE SHE IS IN A HURRY EVERYONE IS IN A HURRY! clearly she forgot she told me to hold on because she had made a mistake on my order, which was a flat out lie! I realize at that moment her demeanor and behavior towards me was completely uncalled for and unwarranted. She roughly put her phone down opened the register and gave me my change as she starred me down with looks that could kill. As I grabbed my change and bag I stated to the cashier that she was very rude. She replied to me that " YOU ARE VERY RUDE" the gentleman apologized to me for interrupting, I stated to the gentleman " no no not your fault, I'm just press for time. I state to the cashier no need for that behavior she followed with a foul word towards me, I gave it right back to her and started walking out while being belligerent and foul. I couldn't believe the horrific customer service I had just experienced. As I got into my car I realized she didn't bag all my groceries I sat in my car calling the store numerous times but no answer. I dreaded walking back into the store to get the rest of my groceries. As I started walking back into the store, the gentleman that was next to me stopped me and appologised to me and also apologized for the horrible cashiers behavior towards me, he stated that was completely uncalled for and very unprofessional on her part. As walked back into the store I noticed the rude cashier was gone. I walked to the register I paid for my groceries gathered the rest of my groceries that were just sitting there. At that moment I requested to speak the the store manager. Michelle was her name I lodge a complaint as to what had just took place by one of her employees. Michelle couldn't have been the most nicest empathetic lady. Michelle listen apologized stated she was going to handle it. A couple of months before the Covid shutdown, this is the only store I could find the instant chicken ramen I need. It looks like they were almost empty with their supplies. Three years going forward...Oh, my ! They are the cleanest Food4Less store I've been. The prices are very good and they are fully stocked with the things I need and can't find in other stores. On May 9, 2025 I was rip-off 30 dollars. I gave the Clerk 65 dollars and grab a monster and ask him to put the rest on pump 6. I grab my receipt but did not checked it. To my surprise the pump stop at 32.16. The clerk Augie seem to have confuse a 50 dollar bill for a 20 dollar bill to which I brought it to his attention he was not sure and asked me to go speak to management inside the store so they could check the cameras. To mention he was polite throughout this misunderstanding. When I went inside it seems to be a manage assistant (David) help me out and told me they had to audit to figure out what was happening because the manager was not present. Two hours later I came back and David told be that in fact there was 31 dollars and some change over but they couldn't give it to me because they had to be sure if that was from the morning or afternoon shift. He told me to comeback next day or they could just leave a note with my name and money. I was not able to go check until two days later where a manager assistant Enrique told me they did know anything and that they would check with the accountant to figure out what was going on because again the supervisor or manager of the store was not there. I went the next day and now Enrique told me that the manager check the cameras but they where not able to see a clear image if the money I gave Augie was a 50 or a 20 dollar bill. At that point I had lost around 3-4 hours in all the encounters to try to get my money back. So I just give up on that Money but was really upset at the way they were dealing with the situation. It was their mistake and they wanted me to go at certain time so the store manager or supervisor be present. I work night shifts so definitely wont wake up before 3 pm to be able to catch your supervisor because he does not have a set schedule as they told me sometimes he leaves between 3-5pm. I gave them my contact information they could have just do what they had to do and send me a text that issue have been resolved and I can go pick up my money. For this reason I would take my business elsewhere, this applies to the store and fuel center. I cannot do business with a company that is jot compromise to fixing issues made by their employees. I HOPE CORPORATION TAKES A LOOK INTO THIS COMMENT AND MAKES AN AUDIT OF HOW THEIR SUPERVISOR IS RUNNING THEIR BUSINESS. She walked away to have a personal conversation with a coworker and left for a while. I don't know when the last review was done on this store, but here are my views. The last review that I read was in 2019. Times have changed since then. I am not a Spanish speaker or descended. Every time I go in that store which use to be 3 or 4 times a week, The only music they seem to play is Spanish music. Don't get me wrong. I don't have those kind of issues. All I want to know is, can you go anywhere anymore and hear English. In my opinion, the manager is NOT the friendliest. He's not rude, just not friendly. I stopped shopping at this chain years ago due to the poor quality of produce. I am almost certain that the low prices are due to the chain purchasing food products that are leftover from the more expensive chains. The prices are cheap for a fact but the size and quality of the produce was just too noticeable to let go. This past holiday season, I decided to make tamales and was shopping for a bargain. This location advertised all the ingredients for a decent price so I gave it another shot. The store was surprisingly clean and well stocked and organized. I was able to find everything I needed for my tamale experiment. The cashier was extremely friendly. The produce looked a little better than I remember from other locations so this location is A-OK in my book! read more

I had a very unpleasant and uncomfortable experience at the food 4 less on Perris in Moreno Valley. I have been coming to this store for years and never have I felt sodisrespected. Shopping on Thursday night May 21st my fiancé and I came to the express lane to check out and as we approached the cashier and as we were unloading our items she stopped us with a nasty face expression and a sound of annoyance she told us "oh, no uh no you got dog food. Go to the other line." With the same rude expression. She had no one in her lane. And we were next. It was extremely rude, embarrassing, and unprofessional. My fiancé works at a market himself and would never allow that type of treatment and in a means of prejudice. The other cashier looked shocked by her comments and reaction, he checked us out without a problem. I will never return to that store again and I will make sure everyone knows just how rude DORIS the cashier was. She should NOT be working in customer service. We needed our groceries otherwise we would of left our items in her lane just to spite her. But we tried to show more class and dignity than what she showed us. I just hope this doesn't represent the rest of the company if they're allowed to treat paying customers in this manner. read more

Holy low prices Batman!!! Friendly staff too easy to get caught up here though, I spent over an hour looking through each isle
