The service was contracted with the understanding that the work would involve only a steam/deep cleaning and no resurfacing or sanding. The agreed-upon price for this service was $450, which I considered reasonable given the scope of the job. Unfortunately, the quality of the work was severely deficient. Upon completion, the floors appeared incomplete, with visible damage in multiple areas. Specifically, the protective coating was stripped away in patches, and there are at least four sections where the wood itself has been excessively abraded or sanded, resulting in exposed flakes, splinters, and uneven surfaces. In contrast, other portions of the floor showed no evidence of having been cleaned at all. I contacted Floor Pro to inspect the damage and requested a resolution. In response, they proposed to repair the issues by buffing and sealing the entire downstairs floor at a discounted rate of $6,200. This offer raises serious concerns about their business practices, as it appears to escalate a simple cleaning job into a far more extensive and costly repair. I cannot help but question whether the initial damage was intentional, designed to coerce customers into additional, higher-priced services. This experience has left me with damaged floors and a significant loss of trust in the company. I am available to provide any additional details, including photos of the damage, upon request.

He brought over a thick sample of coretec flooring that I didn't realize was glued to a piece of wood. See photo. The actual floor is a commercial thin floor which was put over a black plastic on my concrete slab. It is so thin that it doesn't meet the casing or the door jams throughout the whole house. Coretec pro if you google it says it's commercial grade. My invoice has no price per square footage. In my hallway there is some sort of lip that came through. see picture . Do your homework .
