Bauer Roofing is a well oiled machine. They are tight like band that's been playing together for years. Making an appointment at noon on Friday to the initial consultation happening that same Friday afternoon same day to the choices of materials and wide array of services offered. They have all the top names and best quality products. You can't go wrong. They have access to a great finance program that beats the others. Pricing is competitive, all staff are warm, friendly, and knowledgeable and the end result for us was much better than I ever thought was achievable. The owner even came to check in on us Saturday morning. The job was planned, started, and finished quicker than anticipated and distractions were minimal. We enjoyed watching the work being done. HANZEL was wonderful to work with, he strives very hard to keep everything transitioning smoothly. There was a lack of communication amongst themselves and an attachment to my home did not get new roofing put on even though it was in the square footage from the insurance company. Hanzel came out and looked and was apologetic and had someone there to finish what they missed within two days. Ours was done on a Friday and someone was out on Saturday to pick up the trailer full of debris. I checked my cameras and that person ran the magnet but, Hanzel came and did it again which was helpful cause there was some missed. The cost of the roof replacement was right inline with our insurance adjusters amount. Our roof looks great we had a gutter added and the crew did great. I would recommend and definitely ask for Hanzel he will go out of his way to make sure you're pleased.

When asked to correct their mistake, Mr. Crosby blamed the slopped landscape and referred me to a landscaper. Later, after months of back and forth communications (mostly ignored by Crosby), he offered to move the badly placed gutter for an additional $250.00, continuing to blame the slopped landscape. The pics tell the story best. Mr. Crosby retorts that NONE of my post is true. So, Crosby didn't install the gutter facing my entrance way nor did he/they ignore several communications until legal remedy entered the conversation? Interesting. Let us pretend, for a moment, that the landscape was not slopped and, instead - is completely level. Where else would water come to rest when ejected from a spout facing the home? Moreover, most certainly the slopped landscape was observed at time of install. Would it then not have been prudent to install the spout facing AWAY from the home - like facing down the driveway? Actually, when is it ever correct to install a downspout facing the home? Answer...NEVER. This could and should have been a simple fix. Buyer beware else you suffer my fate.

His report was not detailed and clearly not thorough. This report conflicted with the housing inspection which identified several issues with the roof. Because of the conflicting reports the current homeowner refuses to make repairs on the roof which essentially will cost more money on my end. I called the company and asked to speak to the inspectors supervisor and got told by the office assistant that she would have to pass it along through her office manager. I had to call back two more times in order to get told that they were going to send me a refund via mail (I paid electronically) and they were going to send the refund to the address of the house that I haven't bought yet. Not once did the office manager call me back nor anyone from this company call be back. I'm doubtful at this point that I will get my money back. Based on my interaction with this company, it is doubtful that any of their "roof inspections" are legitimate or accurate. Recommend finding another company. Will A
