RIP OFF!!! Please be aware and do not waste your money and go to this car wash. They do not use any soap and they will tell their customers that they use "transparent" soap. I had 2 other people in my car that did not see any lather from any soap during our car wash. When confronted, the man from India continues to passive aggressively state that they use CLEAR soap, and even the owner of the gas station uses the same car wash for his Porsche. Unbelievable BS!!! They will charge you for a car wash to go through the wash, just with WATER!!! My car was clearly still dirty. BEWARE OF THESE DISHONEST AND DISGUSTING PEOPLE!!! Worst gas station around. Everytime I had to fuel up at an Arco, they never accepted my debt card. This has happened numerous times. They have lost me as a customer. I had even asked a clerk why they dont take my card, he said because Arco sucks at that. Don't frequent Arco. Like the employee says, it sucks. read more

Horrid little man who runs this place! Beware of the "bait & switch" techniques if you want a simple car wash: according to him, unless you purchase an $8 wash all you get is WATER! Who DOES THAT??? My recent experience: bought car wash, had to return in a couple of days as was on my way to work, the pump cut me off (after electing the wash and the .35 fee of course AND charging me .05 for the gas which wouldn't pump!) I had to go into the station and be charged the .35 fee AGAIN, to actually buy my gas, said "he couldn't do anything about that", yeah...so I came back 2 days later to get my car washed, the machine squirted a tiny stream of water only on the left side of my car, drug it's nasty rubber scrubber all over my car, grinding dirt and mud into my windshield !!! This lasted 1 minute, then switched to drying it!! I'm NOT KIDDING! I was livid to say the least, I went back into the station to tell this jerk what happened and he said "you have to buy the $8 was or all you get is water". I explained how the wash gypped me, and what it did to my car, and he shrugged and smiled. I couldn't believe it, at that moment I lost all composure, called him a POS and told him he hadn't heard the last from me. WHO DOES THIS? My receipt clearly states: "CW-Suds $5.99" not "water only". I have a call in to their corporate office. Not sure where it will go but this is wrong, and I want everyone to BEWARE OF TRADING HERE! I know I will never go back. Every Arco gas station has whip cream for their coffee station. And when I went in and asked them to go in the back and bring out another whip cream yes I do know how to open the machines because this is why I go to Argo cause I love a good cuppa coffee and I love it with whip cream. He told me that it was broken I didn't confirm no it's not broke and I just open the machine myself. Then he proceeded to tell me he was out my hunch is there just too cheap to Stockett do yourself a favor go a couple miles away every other a.m. p.m. is fully stocked with delicious whip cream for your coffee so when you pay $75 to fill up your tank you can enjoy your coffee somewhere else I won't be back read more

Horrible service. I show up at 10pm on a Tuesday night. All the employees are out side sitting and smoking cigarettes the store is closed. They said the are in the middle of a shift change. lol really you need to close for a shift change. What bad business. I saw four cars come in and get denied service while I was writing this review. The most unprofessional, and most rude service I have ever had period. Honestly never dealt with such a disrespectful manager. I followed the directions given to me by their machine for the car wash. Turns out the car in front of me got the wash ? Well after waiting there I decide to go ask for my refund or my car wash. Used ATM card and the machine said to press 1 to accept transaction fee, so I did but nothing happened. I waited a couple seconds then pressed 1 again because I thought I didn't press 1 deep enough. It turned out the next step was to ask if I wanted to buy a carwash, but since I already presses 1 for yes twice it automatically selected a car wash for me. I didn't want a car wash so I pressed cancel but the button did not work, how convenient. The machine was way too slow in reading my inputs. Then after waiting for the machine to cancel the transaction on its own since the cancel button was not working, I tried again this time making sure that I wait several seconds after pressing 1 to make sure I press 2 for no the second time. Then I find out that some of the numbers on the key pad don't work so I couldn't type in my pin. I had to go to another pump (by this point I should have just left). I moved my car to the next pump and the keypad worked well. As I start to pump gas I notice that it was flowing very slowly. It took about 10 minutes just to pump 13 gallons. This place has cheap gas but all the faulty equipment will keep me from ever coming back. read more

The prices are great, the location looks new and clean. The credit cardmachine never works at the pump, the staff is sometimes slow (although generally friendly), and the car wash ripped the mirror off my truck. First and last time we come here. Stopped for a quick bite. The cheese burgers were cold. Hot dogs were label wrong. Chicken sandwiches were under cook. I would spend $70 plus a week here in gas alone that's not counting my coffee or whatever else I would buy when I stopped in but after tonight they won't get another penny from me. I pulled up to a pump which wasn't working so I go to another pump which wasn't working either so I go inside to pay. The guy tell me they are closed for 15 minutes cause of a shift change. I tell him that the pumps aren't working. At this point 2 other people are telling him the same thing. So another worker named Preet comes out and looks at the pump and says I don't know but I need to close my drawer and walks back inside. Well I try yet another pump which at least reads my card but is moving VERY slowly. In the mean time I look over and he's helping some guy inside. So I go back over and say hey I thought you were closed. He then said well they are paying cash. Ummmm I could have too if you told me you would take cash. Mind you I have been here over 20 minutes at the point and the front is still blocked off except for the side where he let the other customer enter.
