I've used them twice and I can't say enough nice things about them. Like a previous reviewer I did…read morecall cause I love the clever name...and because I live in Fairview and want to support local companies. Not a fan of the "big name" no heart companies out there. The first time was to snake a bathroom drain. Not very exciting but they did a great job and cleaned up after. You would never have know they were there. 2nd call was because after receiving a very high water bill it was discovered I had a running toilet. I called just after my basement flooded with over 12" of water and the woman who I spoke with (Donna) could not have been more wonderful. Not only could they install a new toilet (to replace my ancient one) they brought one to me to save me the hassle of figuring out how I was going to get it to my house in my small car. To add to my amazing experience I found out the day before they were to come out, the city was doing work on the water lines and was going to shut off the water. Donna worked her magic and squeezed me in that day! Dan was professional & courteous and did a great job!! I will NEVER call anyone else for any plumbing needs.

He installed a Rinnai tankless water heater for me and was able to explain in great detail the different features and which best suited my needs. His work was exemplary and his price was fair. He clearly takes great pride in his work and treats the project as a work of art that both looks terrific but satisfies the intended needs. I have used Dan again already to do a new garbage disposal, and again he counseled me on the absolute best unit for our needs. He's also walking me through a third project that requires my taking advantage of Moen's lifetime faucet warranty in which there was some pitting, and without his knowledge and counsel I would have been buying these parts myself. Everything he told me about Moen was correct and I'm getting all the parts free of charge. I strongly and confidently recommend Dan of Absolute Plumbing & Boiler to anyone who has plumbing needs. He has over 22 years of experience and is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of his trade. Others I received bids from did not compare to Dan, and I'm thrilled that I found him and readily recommend him to friends and neighbors.

I cannot give this business a positive review as I insist on RELIABILITY. The first day I called,…read morethere was no return call. The second day there was a return call late in the day from a female (mother?) stating that her son would come over to review the situation late Friday afternoon or Saturday. I cannot work with or recommend anyone who is undependable and have found someone else who can provide a dependable business experience. I will be calling the business who gave me the referral and let them know that it is risky to recommend anyone to their business. Evidently from other Yelp reviews customers either had positive experience or ones like mine with no reliability. This is disappointing as it is a locally owned business that offers numerous service if you can get them to follow through. I don't have the patience in spite of how kind the female was initially on the phone. If someone is not reliable, I don't want to waste my time with them and would caution others.
