    I just want to give a huge shout out to the team at archive rentals and specifically Jennifer! Jennifer was such a dream to work with and really made the process of coordinating rentals, delivery and pick up effortless and simple! The team who dropped off and picked up our rentals were also really lovely and professional! I will say the pricing is really high but the inventory is beautiful and unmatched! Thank you Jennifer and team for a great experience!

    I looked at so many rental companies and Archive was the only one that had everything I wanted and more. Their customer service is on point! I worked with Jennifer the entire time and she was simply amazing! She really gave me so much of her time and effort showing me individual pieces and breaking down all the prices as well as helping me with multiple design boards. She was so unbelievably helpful and very sweet. When the day of the event came I didn't have to worry about a thing she had everything in order and the mover was prompt as well.     So happy I checked out their warehouse sale today!! We found so many great items at deeply discounted prices perfect for The event rental company I am working with my boss to grow. All the ladies were super helpful and willing to work with you on the price to give you the best possible deal. I went last minute and without a truck but figured if I found something, I would rent one then. However, I contacted every rental truck company in the area, and they either were out or charging 800+ dollars for a two-day rental. Fortunately, the archive also offers delivery for only a $200 charge, which is impressive considering I live in LA. I also was lucky enough to walk through all of the rental inventory and love everything. they have great quality products and a range of different items to meet everyone rental needs

    If the pictures don't say enough about this company and team let me say more. They have the most stunning pieces that really made our wedding one of a kind and a dream come true. It was an upward battle to plan a wedding during covid and this team was with us the entire way until the finish line. Al is so responsive, has an incredible eye for design and never once let us down with all of the changes that covid brought our way. They are true professionals and if you're looking for that one of a kind event, you need to connect with their team.     Such a great place to get rentals in Southern California! Lauren was a dream to work with. She was SO responsive and knowledgeable and answered my million questions with ease. :) The rentals were absolutely perfect for our tropical bohemian wedding and looked great in photos. I wasn't able to make it out to the showroom but it was great to know that was an option. Thank you archive rentals for everything!!

    With a plethora of rental options in Los Angeles, I'm so glad I chose Archive after seeing their feature in People Magazine! Jennifer went above and beyond, delivering nothing short of first class service! She is quick, responsive and goes out of her way to get the job done. She offered to do a walk through of my backyard a month prior to the event - coordinating with my florist to ensure all of the elements of the day worked together. She helped the delivery team get everything organized on Friday and even came back on Saturday to set-up my entire dining table! She was there to help with everything from place card settings to working with the florist to pull all of the final details together! Clearly not in her job description, but WOW!! I was in the best hands - everything looked incredible!! I cannot tell you how grateful I am for her generosity, professionalism, and enthusiasm for what she does! Because of my above and beyond positive experience, I will be calling and referring her for any future events!

    Archive was a pleasure to work with, we just wish we could have used all their gorgeous rentals for our wedding! We ended up using their large Montecito Farm Tables and their colored goblets. Their pricing was good and the look and style was exactly what we wanted. Laura was also very helpful in helping us accomplish the look we wanted, she was full of suggestions. Drop-off and pick-up of the items went great and they arrived with no issue at all, all the items were in great condition and ready to be used and the staff were all very helpful. Archive has a lot of unique items that would help to make any event look amazing!

    Archive was SO amazing to work with on my backyard wedding in San Clemente. Everything from the very beginning of planning, to all the changes along the way, to delivery, and finally pickup was flawless. I worked with Alexandra via email on my order from January to my wedding in August and can't say enough about her - she was so helpful with suggestions, responded quickly, and helped me with all of my changes and requests along the way. The delivery and pickup crew was amazing as well (Antonio, Jose, and Edgar)! I have worked with many movers and can confidently say this group was the most careful and conscientious I have ever seen - especially important since the venue was my husband's grandparents' house! They even had great design suggestions during setup. All of our rentals were in amazing condition and absolutely beautiful. We got so many compliments from the guests! Amazing selection, reasonably priced, and unmatched customer service. I can't recommend Archive enough - hoping I get to host another event in Orange County so I can work with them again!

    Archive Rentals + Alexandra Swanson were an absolute joy to work with! They made our wedding decor rental process so seamless even when we were forced to change our venue, date, and even our pickup date! Having worked at a decor rental house for 5 years, I know this isn't an easy job but they sure make it seem that way! Not to mention how quality and event making their decor is!! We rented napkins, our bride and groom chairs, votive holders, vases, and omg the stunning colored goblets in all colors and just wow the design was incredible!     I used Archive rentals for my wedding day. the venue space was completely empty so i had to rent a lot of different pieces from Archive - couches, chairs, tables, decor and flowers. I love their inventory of vintage items as I was going for the modern vintage / repurposed feel. a lot of décor these days is new, made to look old.. but Archive has actual original vintage pieces which bring extra charm to their collection. not only did I love their inventory of items but I was extremely happy with their very talented design team-Krista, Kori & Christina. I am super picky and tend to micro manage, but after meeting with the design team I was confident that they would be able to execute on my idea with minimal involvement from me. I was also impressed with the creativity behind the flowers. the team introduced me to many different flower varieties that I had never seen before. they mixed in some classic and modern pieces to seamlessly coordinate with the décor selected.. and while it was all coordinated it wasn't too "matchy-matchy" .. I was one VERY happy bride with the end result the only downside is that they are on the $$$ side, but I suppose you get what you pay for because all my wedding guests were over the moon with the décor and flowers. in fact, Archive made a custom piece for the alter.. and my eyes literally filled up with tears when I saw it setup for the ceremony - tears of joy because it was so beautiful and even better than I could have ever imagined.

The extra bar was a great call to help manage lines for drinks at our venue, and the 3 disco balls hanging above the dance floor really elevated the aesthetics of the space.

    We met Eliza when touring a venue for our wedding that required everything to be brought in. We followed up to see what wedding planning packages she had and safe to say this was the best decision made. Eliza, Tammy + Team provided the full service for our wedding. We hired them for planning, design, coordination, rentals, and florals and it made life so much easier. I had the best experience with Eliza and team with our weekly meetings for a few months to align on all the details. She understand and appreciated our mixed cultural background and how we wanted to incorporate elements of this for a Persian and Vietnamese wedding. I have always heard wedding planning to be stressful but safe to say my experience was the best and the day of the wedding went beautifully. Nothing ever goes to plan and I'm really happy Eliza and her team are experienced enough to adjust to last minutes changes such as guest no shows, etc. She captured our vision perfectly and I'm already thinking of future events I would plan with Bel Events again!

    Horrible experience, stay away!…read more This is a review for Eliza at BEL Events for her wedding planning services. We met Eliza at our venue 8 month before our wedding date. During the first session she presented herself well, and she talked and bragged a lot about her 18 yrs of experience in event planning and stories about how she handles wedding situations. So, we thought she is the right event planner for us and signed a contract. After signing the contract and making the payment, she was very hard to find and we did not see the expected action from her side, and every time we followed up, her response was: "don't worry I will manage everything before the wedding day". We were asking for the basics of planning such as timeline, vendor recommendations (a few to choose from) and communications (which was part of the contract) but not no action except a quote of her own rental service. We were getting closer to the wedding date and her lack of action made us so worried and very frustrated. Eventually we had to get involved and did almost 90% of the work ourselves. She was very hard to find but even when we could talk to her, she would create more unnecessary problems to an extant that my wife had panic attacks after a few meetings we had with her. 2 month before our wedding she caused so much anxiety and frustration that we decided to end our contract with her and find another planner. Thankfully, our new planner was amazing and our Wedding planning went very smooth after that, and the event was as wonderful as we could imagine! With way lower cost than what Eliza had proposed! After I requested to cancel the contract she disappeared and never responded to our emails, which is very unprofessional. Here is a list of a few issues from our experience of working with here: 1- Accessibility: every time we had a question or needed to talk to her, it was taking several days until she gets back to us. With irrelevant excuses, like she would show me her busy google calendar! 2- Push to use her own services as vendors: Per her contract she had to suggest different vendors so we can choose. But since she has rental and flower services, she was arguing so much to stop us from even looking at other options! She charges unnecessarily expensive! By doing a little research, we found our vendors and saved at least 50% with same or better quality! 3- Nonsense arguments and rude attitude: In many occasions she was just insisting on holding the event the way SHE wants, without paying attention to our request or desire. Every time we requested something, her answer was: "I don't want MY event to be that way or I don't want MY guests to be that way"!!! With a condescending attitude emphasizing that "I have 18 yrs of experience and I know what to do"!!! Any simple request would become a long story and unnecessary argument. In one occasion my wife requested that guests throw flower petals while walking out of aisle, and she immediately said: "No!, you can't do that, I don't want my cleaning crew spend time on cleaning the petals"!!!! In another occasion Eliza was insisting on only using her recommended valet service (which was quoting more than double the price of the service we eventually used) and on top of it she was forcing us to rent extra parking lot out of venue and pay extra for shuttle service!!!! While the venue had enough capacity! And when I respectfully said: I am confident that the venue has enough capacity for parking, she got very angry and said: "in that case tell all your guests to use UBER and they can't drive their own car"!!! It was a nightmare working with BEL Events and I don't recommend her service due to lack of professionalism and decency in her business.
