Off the beaten path but you know they're doing something right since 1901 when there's a line outside and it's packed inside and we were probably the only non-Italian customers. Service was amazing very friendly people. And the best part of it, Domino's pizza is way more expensive in the US . Got the Montanara Starita which the pie is Double cooked by first frying the base and then baked in the oven, seasoned with Neapolitan meat sauce, smoked provola, Pecorino Romano DOP, basil.....Mama Mia!! Also got the Romana which is Tomato puree, fiordilatte from Campania, anchovies in oil, Gaeta olives, basil....delicioso. And to top off our meal..we ordered the Little Angels fried which are born from a recipe from Don Antonio's mother, who loved to eat these small cylindrical pieces of fried pizza dough sprinkled with sugar. They are ideal both as an appetizer, accompanied by fresh tomato and arugula, and as a dessert, garnished with Nutella or pistachio cream. Be careful though, because they can be addictive!! The staff were super kind and they remembered us and said hi every time we walked by the restaurant. It doesn't have a view, but they do have outdoor seating which is nice. It's located on the more quiet side of the mountain / town. I would definitely go back to this spot! It was soo soo yummy!! I never had the olive oil green pasta sauce before but I would totally order it next time I come across it. Pasta: 10/10 Pizza: 8/10 Grilled Octopus: 8/10 Overall one of the most memorable and best food spots I had in Positano and I highly recommend it.

This was our first meal after arriving in Positano and we couldn't have asked for a better one. We arrived in Positano around 10 PM on a Saturday night. This restaurant was on our itinerary and was a 2 minute walk from our hotel. We walked up around 10:30 and they sat us immediately on the outdoor patio. We ordered grilled octopus to start and it might have been the freshest and tastiest grilled octopus I've ever eaten. We also ordered a spicy green sauce pasta that was top 3 best things we ate on our entire trip. I wish I knew the name of it so that I could mention it here. We also ordered a prosciutto and burrata pizza. My wife isn't a huge fan of prosciutto so she didn't enjoy it as much as I did. But I would happily eat that pizza again and again. The staff were very kind and friendly. They didn't ever seem annoyed that we came in later at night. Every day that we walked past them to go into the main center of Positano, they smiled and invited us back in or asked how we were doing. They don't have the same view that other restaurants might have, but what they lack in a view, they make up for in quality and service.
