I was hesitant to do another set of eyelashes because of my experience at another salon, it was painful, the hybrid was way too mega volume (for me), and it just didn't look that great in my opinion. Francesca took the time to talk with me about both my eyebrows and eyelashes. She showed me multiple times, mapped them both, talked again about eye shapes and effects of different lash techniques, lash lengths and colors, etc. She did an excellent job and let me tell you the eyelash experience was completely different! She asked, multiple times how I was doing, if I was ok or anything was uncomfortable. She let me stretch and go to the bathroom (was there over 3 hours for all 3 services). I absolutely LOVE my new classic lashes and they just look so incredibly natural! I scheduled an appointment with Brows by Milly because I had gotten microblading done several years…read moreago (at a different place) and some of the ink appeared to be above my eyebrow as time went on. I made the appointment because Brows by Milly is one of the only companies I could find that would remove ink on or around brows. My first appointment went great. My technician understood exactly what I was asking for, which was not to remove all of the microblading, just the spot of ink above my eyebrow. She did a great job and even told me that I could come for a touchup that she would include with the price of everything I had already paid because it was such a small spot. I was very happy with the initial result and came back in 6 weeks later to remove the last of the ink that had turned orange with the first treatment. I was very surprised when she began the second treatment and there were a lot more flashes on the laser. When she showed me the results, I was shocked to see she had removed ALL of the microblading ink, especially after I had reminded her it was just the one spot. She told me at first she was doing me a favor because the ink no longer looked very good (which I didn't care about) and then said she had to do it because the laser had spread when she tried to remove it from the one spot and she had to take all of the rest of the ink off. I was shocked she did not tell me about this before just going ahead and removing it all. I saw I would now need to come back in for ANOTHER session to remove the ink that had turned orange. She told me I now needed to remove all of the ink from the other eyebrow (which, again, I wanted them left alone) because now they wouldn't match and she kept emphasizing how bad the ink looked anyway. I left and came back later that day and she took the rest of the ink off the other eyebrow. She told me that Brows by Milly would NOT cover the cost of the touchups because now it was too much work. I now have all of the microblading removed and have to PAY for touchups and this is NOT what I wanted. I believe she made a mistake and went further in the removal than she meant to, but instead of owning up to it, she blamed the laser and tried to convince me that it needed to be done. I now have to not only pay for the touchups, but also for all new microblading, which I will be getting done somewhere else with more trustworthy staff. This is hundreds of extra dollars, plus healing time for my eyebrows which I don't have right now, all because she messed up.

My pre-session research made me feel that it was going to be a big healing event and maybe even require me to be home for a week or so. NOPE! Tareylon is a pro, and after the numbing was put on for 20 minutes, it just felt like a little vibration. A teeny bit of a pinch as it wore off, but not bad at all. I didn't have to over communicate the look I was going for...she just talked to me, tuned in and NAILED IT. I am over the MOON! I love, love, love it and now, 5 hours later, hardly have any swelling or pain. I can't wait to go back for round 2 in 4 weeks. It has been 2 months since my initial hair stroke eyebrow treatment, and I am finally ready to…read morewrite a review. Jessica will EXCEED your expectations. My eyebrows look naturally full, not harsh or inky like old-school permanent makeup. My brows are naturally fine. I did not suffer from over-tweezed or over-waxed brows, they just grow in very sparse. I showed up to my appointment with my eyebrows completely grown-out, with no make-up. I wanted to be a "blank canvas" for Jessica, so she could see my natural arch and hair-growth pattern. If you don't have a lot of brow hair, don't worry! Jessica will physically touch your face to determine your bone structure and where your natural arch should be. It was comforting how much time she takes diligently measuring and marking your eyebrows before the actual procedure. She will shave a bit of your eyebrows off to reach the skin, but the hair WILL grow back. Jessica will numb the skin beneath your brows first. Honestly, the hair stroke procedure felt like scratches across the skin. No major pain. The entire process took about 2 hours because she makes sure you are happy with the brow shape before she even begins. I came back for my touch-up a month later. GO BACK FOR A TOUCH-UP, even if you don't think you need it. My skin is extremely oily and unfortunately, not every hair stroke retained its pigment. Jessica suggested we go with a darker pigment for the hair strokes, but I was a better candidate for the powdered brow procedure. During the touch-up appointment she gave me powdered brows and they ARE PERFECT. My pain threshold for the powdered brow procedure was lower, it felt more like a traditional tattoo. Each time, my eyebrows healed in 10 days. You will see the full effect a month later. PATIENCE LADIES! This is your face, and you will be nervous during the healing process, but Jessica is an expert at her craft. She is an artist!
