When I needed to track down the exact tile used for a repair years later, their team took the time to dig through older records and help identify the brand so I could locate it. We also purchased tile from them for a fireplace project in our home and it turned out fantastic. Most recently, I stopped back in to identify the original flooring used in our house for another repair. Joe Bell and the team were incredibly helpful and were able to track it down for me. He had a quote for me from the owner before even leaving. It was a fair price as well. They were able to get me on the schedule super fast. The whole experience was fast and great. The day of work, they showed up and got right to work. They managed to replace the roof and get the work done and cleaned up in about half a working day. I was also impressed at their speed and efficiency. The photos they shared of the roof (I didn't want to go up and look personally!) showed a very clean finish, and I am sure it will last for years to come. All of the work they did is guaranteed for many years, which also gave me good peace of mind. Please consider these guys for all your roofing needs. I know I will.

Sean called me early the next morning and was out to take a look the very next day. I can't say enough about the guys who came out to do the job - it was a really lousy winter day and they were professional, friendly, and incredibly hard workers. While I can't speak yet to how it's holding up as it was just done, everything has been holding up so far and I feel confident in Sean and the work. Highly recommend.

I've seen some pretty crappy jobs during my years in Philly so I was wary about this project. He got back to me the next day and came out for a free estimate soon after. While it was a bit more than another one I got, it included the insulation and drywall on the other side of the brick. He said he would be there at 8:30, and he was there around 8:25 and stayed until 1:30. The cost was what he estimated, and he even pointed my stairs for me and fixed some of the crumbling cement at the base of them while he was at it, which was something I have been ignoring, hoping it would go away, and it, indeed, did! My neighbors are all so impressed with his work too. I will be calling John again if I ever need without any hesitation.

They worked around my schedule to get the floors in my entire house refinished before the holidays. The quote they gave me was accurate and they provided receipts for the materials they used. It was surprisingly affordable, considering I had both my upstairs and downstairs refinished, as well as 35sq ft of floor replaced. I have 2 very big, energetic dogs and after meeting them, they recommended a commercial finish for the floors to help protect them from dog shenanigans. They provided me with the information needed to make a decision, however, were not pushy about the upsell. I very much appreciated the looking out for the best needs of the floor. The communication throughout the process was excellent, I spoke mostly to Mike from the very beginning. They updated me daily about where they were in the process, providing pictures and timelines. They also left the house very clean, which I was pleasantly surprised to walk into! I was able to move back all of my furniture without having to deep clean everything first. I highly recommend Pro Floors Philly and will keep their contact information for future flooring jobs. The entire process was seamless and after this experience, there is no one else I would trust to work on the floors in my home. Thank you for completely transforming my home!

We are so please to have found Rittenhouse Handyman. A little backstory: we have a condo in Philly,…read more our son used to live there and now it's a rental. We needed work in a ceiling that had been cut out to do a/c work. The contractor left it as is. Our tenant and us, just let it go, to be fair, but now since he's moving, we had to have the work done. I had emailed and called the handyman that the property manager uses for the entire building. I thought he knew the place and since it was familiar to him, a no brainer to use him. After waiting and leaving several messages, absolutely no response whatsoever. I found Rittenhouse Handyman on Yelp. It was very easy to schedule and appointment. No hassle at all. I sent them a picture of the problem and they sent me a fair estimate. What's really amazing is that they were responsive, easy to schedule an appointment with, and they showed up and did the work as promised. They did the work and they kept their word. Folks, we know how hard it is to find good people that keep their word and stick to it. I'm amazed how easy it was to schedule an appointment. Throughout the process we have been struck by the craftsmanship, attention to detail, excellent level of communication and clear desire to make us happy ("we just want to see you smile") that we have experienced. All of the other 5 star reviews have aptly captured the experience that we did, so I will not go into as great detail as I normally would. The design process was easy - our designer asked pertinent questions that helped us hone our visions and thoughts into reality. We felt seen and heard, in terms of defining our wants, needs, finances, etc. Demolition was extremely fast, and the teams made sure to keep the house as clean as possible throughout the entire process. Each person who worked on our house demonstrated a dedication to quality, and whenever an issue arose, it was rapidly addressed and remedied. The workmanship is noteworthy. When it came down to the final punch list, and fixing the minor details (I tend to be fastidious and overly observant about the detail work), there was no issue, and the work was beautifully completed. The billing and payment process is comprehensive, very clearcut and very easy to understand and follow from the outset, which also made the experience seamless. I would like to mention that dRemodeling has a cleaning team that they have clean the areas that have not only been worked on but also impacted by the construction. We found that they are now offering the cleaning team as a separate service, called dReal Deal Clean. It was a no-brainer to sign up for future ongoing cleaning services, knowing that they have the same ownership, and high standards. We will unhesitatingly hire dRemodeling for any future remodeling needs.
