Taariyq the owner came out for an estimate a few months ago, he was on time (despite a snow storm) and was quick with his communication. Ultimately we decided to go with Elite Flooring because of the price. Let me tell you the quality of job they do is worth every penny. They pay very close attention to all detail and work extremely hard to make sure the work is completed on time. These are the types of businesses you have no qualms about giving your business to. I know for a fact that I will be using them again for some future flooring work I need to get done around the house. If you are looking for flooring work, look no further than this place. They were awesome to work with and we couldn't be happier with the work they did!

We set an appointment to survey my project within a few days time, at which point it Ben arrived on time and the quote was fairly priced, and the timeline of completion - absolutly unreal. He had his team arrive same day, as they could accommodate my project after a job they had earlier in the day!! The results are absolutely beautiful, I am going to use classic Hardwood Floors for an additional project in my bedroom as a result. I would recommend them to anyone in the philly area.

I am really and truly stunned by how well the job turned out, how quickly and efficiently these guys tackled the job and how friendly the Tran crews were. Unbelievable work. In hindsight I was overcharged for the job. The worst part is that the owner called me several times harassing me, calling me a liar and that he should have never trusted you people. I wasn't clear why the owner was saying such things. The job was halfway done and needed a final coat. The owner however would not let me speak to get clarification. After several harassing calls the owner discovered that he confused me with another customer. My floors look nice and the guys who worked them were professional. Charged $300.00 to visit (deductible from final cost if he does the job). The estimate came in at almost $11,000.00. To me Artisan implies superior workmanship and they may have done a phenomenal job but it could have cost almost as much as the entire floor.

Dan came over, checked things out, gave us a very competitive price and scheduled the project. The crew arrived, promptly (a big plus), got to the job and stripped two rooms and a stairway on day 1. I've held off leaving a review until he finished my second project because he's a hidden gem. Once people realize how talented he is, you'll have to join a waiting list to hire him. Mike possesses a true mastery of his craft. I know a lot of people that would do a good job as long as there are no surprises. Mike will do an excellent job no matter the circumstances because he's probably seen it before and knows how to fix it. He has the confidence and knowledge to walk into a room and get to work. He's not going to call his manager or google the next step. He is the manager; he is the go-to guy. Secondly, he has a good eye for design too. For my vestibule, I had an idea of what I want. I explained it in my layman's terms and hazy descriptions and he saw what I was envisioning. I didn't need to over-explain it or draw a picture. He just got it. Also, and more importantly, he's honest. He gave me an estimate and stuck to it. That never happens. Anyone else would have charged extra when they discovered the subfloor was rotted, or when they saw a 10 degree slope in the corner. Mike didn't. He stuck to what he said and even fixed a few wall tiles in the kitchen - no charge. Not to mention, his prices are a bargain. People with half his skill, wanted a whole lot more. Lastly, he's a friendly guy. I know it can feel awkward having a stranger in your home. Not with Mike. He's trustworthy, down to earth, and you'll be friends in no time.
