After about 40 minutes another guy knocked on my window and asked for my insurance. He proceeded to take some photos of my vehicle, then sat in the backseat of my car and proceeded to asking me questions as he read off a clipboard! My response was; Good Morning! and ask him his name. He said his name was Aaron and he doesn't make or like small talk! I let him know that I was not trying to make small talk but merely wanted to know who it was that invited himself to take a seat in my car! He was rude, unprofessional, and unapologetic for his less than human behavior. At the end of it, Aaron rattled off a list of services they provide at his auto shop. Sorry, just because of Aaron's great customer service skills, I will NEVER again use this auto shop for anything in the future, NOR will I recommend them to anyone else! Horrible Place!

Steven Feldman, the owner of this business, has been at this location for 30 years. Ask any…read morecustomer who walks into or out of his shop, and they will all say the same thing: "Steve doesn't charge you for things you don't need!" Sit in the office/waiting area for 30 minutes, and you will hear Steve telling people what they DON'T need, even more than what they DO need. Also, as an ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) Certified Technician, Steve and the three mechanics who work for him can diagnose anything and fix it at a more reasonable price than anybody else. One example of this was a woman whose interior lights on her Hyundai Santa Fe did not work. Hyundai tried to sell her an entire wiring harness for nearly $1,000. Steve and his mechanic, Butch found the problem with a couple or three hours worth of work - a burned out diode on the wiring harness. When Hyundai said they did not sell the diode, just the entire harness, Steve and Butch went to Radio Shack, picked up a diode, soldered it in, and restored the woman's interior lighting for only $200, $800 less than Hyundai wanted. The bottom line, with Steve and B & S, you can't go wrong!

The mechanic arrived after nearly 3 hours and spent only about 30 minutes diagnosing the issue, stating that the liftgate motor needed replacement. Despite this, we were charged $1,187.59 which was clearly presented as a deposit on the invoice, but later we were told it was the total charge for the visit and diagnosis. The pricing and communication were misleading and it felt like unnecessary delays were used to increase the bill. I would not recommend using this company and suggest others get everything in writing before agreeing to service.
