FINAL UPDATE: STAY AWAY FROM FIVE STAR DODGE IN MILLEDGEVILLE…read more I regret ever purchasing a vehicle from Five Star Dodge in Milledgeville. My experience with their service department has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. After multiple visits, unresolved problems, and constantly being told different things, I finally took my vehicle to Primetime in Eatonton, and the difference in honesty and professionalism was unbelievable. First, Five Star Dodge tried to charge me over $1,000 just to install a radio. The diesel mechanic at Primetime installed the radio correctly for $20. Yes, twenty dollars. On top of that, Dodge never even helped diagnose my check engine light, which had been on for quite some time. They either could not tell me what was wrong or never gave me a clear answer. When I took the vehicle to Primetime, the mechanic immediately diagnosed the issue as a leak detection pump (EVAP system) problem. He even helped me identify the exact part I needed to order and install. Thanks to that, my check engine light is finally OFF. Meanwhile, my service airbag light is still on, and Dodge offered no real help or explanation for that issue either. The mechanic at Primetime also found and repaired other problems with my vehicle, including replacing my radiator and lower control arm bushings. Ironically, Dodge originally told me the bushings were bad after a simple oil change, but somehow the vehicle problems only seemed to get worse after I brought it back for them to look at the radio -- the same radio they never actually fixed. At this point it is extremely concerning that another mechanic was able to quickly diagnose and resolve multiple issues that Dodge either could not figure out or never fixed. I cannot prove it, but based on how my vehicle behaved after leaving their shop, it honestly made me question what was done to my car while it was there. Between the overpriced quotes, repeated misdiagnoses, unresolved repairs, and lack of answers about warning lights, I strongly recommend anyone thinking about buying or servicing a vehicle here to get a second opinion first. Meanwhile, Primetime in Eatonton has been an absolute lifesaver. Honest work, fair pricing, and they actually fixed the issues Dodge couldn't. If you are researching Five Star Dodge in Milledgeville, GA before buying a car or getting service, please learn from my experience and get a second opinion before trusting them with your vehicle.

Please be aware of this place.... The manager rooseavelt is totally unprofessional and rude. I…read moreworked on a deal for a vehicle with a nice sales person there, over the phone, because I live in another state and when the manager got involved he was very standoffish from the moment he got on the phone. This confused me as the salesman was very nice. The manager proceeded to call me a fraudster and that I was trying to fraud them because I was trying to buy a vehicle from a different state... well, I have cancer and I'm disabled and I was looking for a particular vehicle to suit my needs and they happened to have a used one they took on trade that was a good fit. The market is tough and there aren't many used options out there. It had low milage and because I was inquiring about it... he thought that was fraud. I've bought several cars and trucks from out of my city and state with no issue. I thought I found the right one. After the negotiation was made and I said I would like to put a deposit and buy it, he told me no. He then proceeded to wait hours and sold it to someone else.... They weren't even in the building or were looking at it when I said I wanted to buy it and put money down. Never have I had someone be so rude and run a business so poorly as I have here. And this is car sales.... so that says a lot. Either way. Be aware that the manager of this location is not professional and totally rude... I heard from a different dealer in the area he's new and not well liked by his peers which tracks as well.
