I do not understand why Yelp decided to have their software algorithm omit them. The standing negative reviews are fictitious in her & my opinion. She told me she does not recognize the names or time frames, so maybe they are fraudulently posted by jealous competitors. In response to the negative but IMO peculiar reviews, I would point out that hiring an interior designer means you have the taste & money to obtain those services. It is not for people who don't understand how the design process works. And it is not for people who think they are going to get bargains. You get what you pay for.
