Naples Shutter is a great company. Period. I had shutters that were not functioning properly. I called MANY shutter companies in Naples area to see if they could repair them. They all started with the same question: did we install them? If not, then they don't want to help. I calld Naples Shutter and what I was told was "bring them in honey, we'll fix them". Perfect. They did repair the shutter, replaced some bad louvers, and repainted it. I was very happy. However, when I installed it another louver became loose. I subsequently noticed another shutter had bad louvers as well. When I called to tell them the shutter they repaired failed at home, and I had another shutter to repair as well I was again told: " Honey, bring them in, we'll fix them". Unfortunately, due to travel I was not able to get back to them until almost a month later with both shutters. Nonetheless, I dropped them both off with notes about the bad louvers, and noted how one failed when I installed it. Shortly thereafter I was called and told they were both repaired. When I got them I was told there was no charge! I persisted, but they would not take any payment. Instead I was told, "We just want to make sure you're well. We're a family owned business, and we stand by our work". I was really taken by their integrity and pride of work. Naples Shutter is an honest, fair, reputable, straight-up, family owned business. My initial review was quite negative as the measuring technician, Lewis, was the proverbial "Bull In A China Shop", and caused some damage to my front door existing shutter mechanisms. I recently bought a home in Florida and was looking for shutters for the front face of the home, I called for an estimate and they were rude, and when they came out made some pretty nasty racial comments abut the neighbors. I decided before they even started with the estimate that I would not be using them, and ended the appointment without a consultation. Any business that promotes itself on television as refusing to serve "Biden voters and liberals" won't get my business anyhow, even though I am a registered Republican. I recently hired Naples Shutters for the third time to install plantation shutters in my new home. I was extremely pleased with the service! First off, the Sales Mgr. Jeff Smith , helped me with all the decisions, with no pressure. He suggested ideas I didn't even know were possible. The shutters were custom made here in Naples at their factory location. In about 6 weeks they were ready to install. Ray came to the house and installed the shutters and they fit perfectly , (thanks to Jeff for accurate measurements!) then Ray explained how they worked, how to clean and take care of them.
