I had just left a non-Hunter Douglas store appointment when I swung into Supreme Window Coverings. By this point, I'd been to two showroom petting zoos - I'd viewed, touched, and felt items in two stores (=petting zoo). I didn't expect much when I walked into Supreme Window Coverings; I thought I'd appease my husband, who had reservations with the closer Hunter Douglas dealer. Ryan was working that day; he was polite, made himself available, asked how he could help, answered questions, and showed me different shade options. What I thought would be a quick in and out on my way home became me perusing through many shade and fabric books. I like seeing everything and only need occasional help. Ryan picked up on that and didn't overcrowd, but he stayed close, an earshot away. He regularly checked in to see if I had questions or needed anything. From the moment I walked into his store, he was the right amount of helpful for me and not pushy. I appreciated that. Ryan ordered samples for me that day. Because everything was going so well, I scheduled an in-home measurement appointment for the upcoming week ( It was out of season). Ryan emailed me confirming the appointment and called when he was on his way. He was professional, well-prepared, and on time; he wore disposable shoe covers (The other Hunter Douglas reseller didn't have shoe covers - annoying). Ryan brought the roller samples I selected in the store (my samples hadn't arrived), additional shade books, and fabric books so I could see everything in my home with my lighting. (The other Hunter Douglas reseller said they would bring books to my onsite measurement meeting, but they didn't bring any. Upon arrival, I was told to schedule a separate meeting in their store. This mistake is why my husband searched for other Hunter Douglas resellers and why I ended up at Supreme Window Coverings - Thank goodness ). After my onsite measurement meeting with Ryan, he committed to providing a quote within 48 hours - The quote was in my inbox within 24 hours (The other two stores took almost two weeks to email their quotes). During the process, Ryan was very responsive via email and text. He provided timely updates - I was always aware of what was happening. During this process, I met Seth. While my interactions with Seth were limited, Seth is extremely knowledgeable in everything his company sells. Thanks to Seth, Trevor, Seth, and Ryan, my installation went smoothly. Well I can only write a review on our experience so far…read more.... We are looking for a great place to fill our home with plantation shutters. We know nothing about them. The second we walked in, we were warmly greeted by a fellow who was very knowledgeable. he told us he not only knew about shutters, but he used to build them years ago- so he told us about the difference between wood and manmade shutters, and the reason why it's good to have aluminum in the center if you have 4 1/2 inch shutters. He also showed us the many styles in the showroom, which he said is the best one in Naples. He offered us waters and snacks. Bonus! We were talking to him for about an hour about the different styles, sizes, colors, lengths and alternatives. He knew his shutters- that is for sure!!!! We left no stone unturned. We gave him our information so he could have someone come out and take measurements and offer suggestions and give us a quote. The next day we received a call for someone to come out- wow!!!
