I get my eyebrows done every month but I was looking for a new place so decided to try Karm's. I called in advance for a same-day appoint and the store confirmed I could come. However, she literally spent less than 3 minutes on my brows and the whole process felt super rushed. She let me check my brows before she trimmed them too so it was hard to see what it would look like. I also realized after the appointment that she didn't clean up the top of one brow at all. I tried to go back after I checked the mirror in the car, but she was already gone. I don't think she is bad at threading but it seemed like she was in a rush and didn't do a complete job.

It didn't go well at all. I botched the tops and came running here in a total panic for some emergency damage control. The Rescue Mission & Results: I usually have thicker brows, but after my DIY disaster, they were completely uneven. Thankfully, there was no wait when I walked in. The threader was an absolute lifesaver. She patiently worked her magic, shaped them up perfectly, and somehow made them look completely even and normal again. They went from looking like a Neanderthal to looking absolutely lovely. Value & Efficiency: I've been here a few times before, and they always do a fantastic job. This visit was quick it took maybe 5 to 10 minutes tops, and it only cost $12! The value here is unbeatable for the quality of work they do. Overall Experience: Honestly, my only complaint is that I wish they were located right here in Denver! They are out in Aurora, but the drive is 100% worth it for the peace of mind and the amazing service. I am never touching my own brows again! I'm leaving them to the professionals from now on!

I missed her brow artistry a lot during the COVID-19 stay-at-home order, so one of the first things I booked as soon as restrictions eased was an appointment with Tonie at The Brow Snob. When Tonie is ready, she will escort you back to her salon. She's allowing time in between clients to ensure proper cleaning. And of course, everyone needs to wear masks. Being that I have short bangs, there's not a lot of options to hide such a disaster and I took desperate measures and stopped managing them all together. When I found my brow fully grown in and I resembled Frida, I knew it was time to trust someone again. Zenobia told me to lie down on the table. LIE DOWN? yep. She was happy to work with a fresh palate, and she successfully honed in on my natural brow arch and sent me home happy. But with the state I was in then, couldn't anybody have made me happy...maybe. So before touting her amazing abilities I figured I would try her a few more times. After my third visit, I can honestly say Zenobia is the best brow waxer in Denver county (probably further). She's not only talented at her trade, she's very friendly, and always asks "anything new with your skin regimen?" to verify she's not working with something that will cause issues such as Retin-A. Her new location is very clean and the scheduling is very easy. PLUS she keeps a punch card of your visits and you get a freebie after 10!

It was easy to select my appointment type and easy to select a stylist. I selected Hannah H because she had great reviews on the app. I parked on the street. Hannah was waiting when I arrived. She greeted me with a big smile (with her eyes). I told her I just needed to reshape my eyebrows. I did not get photos unfortunately but I loved it! She really kept my shape and cleaned them up in no time! I felt the price was fair as well! I can't wait to go back!
