After that they assign categories for your items and Stasia comes to draw out a design. Once you approve they begin installing and placing your items in their new homes! I started my California Closets journey months ago with a visit from a designer. The design…read moreportion of this mess went well and I was happy with what we came up with for three closets in our home. But come installation day, the installers announce that they didn't have any of the drawers on hand. One of the closets we designed with an entire wall of drawers and nothing else. So they installed the framework and left. The customer service agent who has been dodging me doesn't have any answer after two weeks of when my closets will be finished. Meanwhile, we have summer renters coming and guest closets with holes where the drawers should be. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
