Gail listened, and then guided me thru the entire process of designing a kitchen, and three bathrooms. Her eye for color was phenomenal. She was always available. For me, choosing colors and finishes was disconcerting but Gail stepped in and made choosing less complicated, less scary for me, making suggestions as we went along. In addition, she helped with lighting and paint colors for the rest of the house. I would trust her with any project.

We had been in my house for about 16 years and had the original "builders special" cabinets, counter-tops and fixtures. Our remodel consisted of a complete gut of the kitchen/dining area and changing it's footprint. Gail and her team helped me choose new cabinets, surfaces, fixtures, appliances and hardware. No detail was too small, and they were very patient with me. Additionally I had some special requirements that needed to be addressed, such as low VOC products/cabinets, working with my busy schedule, etc. All of my concerns were met and addressed with attention to each detail. My kitchen was installed and completed in the time frame originally presented to me despite the fact that I added on some items at some very inconvenient moments (a bathroom). The quality of the materials is outstanding and the team was a joy to work with. My final product is a beautiful FUNCTIONAL kitchen that I couldn't be happier with!

Confirming prior terrible reviews of staging. We hired them through Angi's revitalize program…read more(through my agent) so I did not choose the team, we were matched. The staging was delayed by a week. Once the house was staged it was very obvious it did not meet the luxury listing we had: bedrooms had just a bed/nightstand only, the beds looked like boxes and had thin bedding, very sparsely furnished rooms, almost no decor and untouched kitchen area. Just very sad and lifeless design. We gave them a second attempt and although it was a bit better it still was not up to par compared to our listing price. We respectfully asked to destage. The destaging part took forever. While the team offered a third attempt at staging (which was declined), mysteriously the truck become unavailable to destage until the next week, then the end of the week, then Friday, then Friday morning and finally a 30min heads up when we are 60in away. After destaging we got a $7,500 bill and had the task of removing lots of oversized 2inch nails from our walls. I unfortunately cannot recommend working with Setting the Space. I made a similar review on Angi's list.

Interesting that the owner removed my review but left other 1 star reviews…read more Purchased a couch from here and was told it would be delivered in a month since it was being ordered instead of picked from the warehouse. Guess what, couch would never come. Did we know that though? Nope! Spent almost a YEAR trying to communicate with them on when we would be getting the couch and each time of course having to call them because they never called when they said they would for their next updated delivery date. Ended up having to take this company to court which Blair the owner tried to tell the judge that he had the couch the whole time. We won the case at least and took our money elsewhere, and we will never ever step foot in one of these shop again. I've also told any person who needs furniture our story so they don't get duped either.
