My husband got their lunch burrito. It came with sides of refried beans, yellow rice, and salad. There was a dollop of sour cream on top. He had ground beef as his burrito meat filling. There was a ton of shrimp -- cut piece of larger sized shrimp mixed in with whole baby shrimp; chopped tomatoes, onions, cilantro. All in a marinade. I added an additional squeeze lime and some of the mild salsa. The shrimp dish was delicious. It felt healthy and refreshing -- especially on the hot day. For dessert, we had (vanilla) flan.
