I went to smoke and found out I had all the same flower instead of the 2 different strains I ordered. I have all one strain in 2 different bags weighed out how I'd ordered the two different strains originally. Definitely makes me reconsider where I spend my money or locations I'd revisit. I've even taken new customers in there the last few weeks but won't be doing that anymore at least to this location. I know we all have off shifts where we may be tired or just not feeling it but you do provide a service & it's not easily fixable, especially after hours & you have to do something abut it the the next day.

When you go to a spa, you automatically have access to all the spa's amenities. This includes tubs and saunas. There are no spa amenities here. If you are paying premium prices, you would expect a premium experience. Keep looking because you are not going to get that at Betty's Day Spa. To make matters worse, their customer service is horrendous! One would think that, if there is a medical emergency, they would allow you to at the very least reschedule your services. They do not.
