Came into the Pure Life at 9800 Montgomery to purchase their buy 4 disposables for $50 the Órale disposables. After teturning home and trying one then the second and then third trying three of them, each device had a horrible burnt taste. I went back to the store to either exchange or get some type of refund for the products. The manger said that because they worked and it is not a malfunction, so sorry there is nothing we can do! she would not exchange any of them. I gave an extra star for the service because the receptionist was very sweet & had nothing to do with the rest of the experience. The candy was excellent, so I gave 5 stars for that. But I got short-changed & they were giving me really bad vibes because I was trying to figure out what was going on. Here's the review I wrote describing what happened: 'I was overcharged yesterday for 2 candy bars. The candy bars were $9.80 each, which should have made my subtotal $19.60, plus $3.96 tax, making my total $23.54. My total should have been $23.54, plus a $3 ATM charge; making the total $26.54, which would have meant it rounded up to $30, and I should have received $3.44 back in change. Instead, they charged me $33.50 and gave me back the change for $40. which was $6.50. So, they actually ended up keeping my 44cents- which is a very small amount of money to fuss over, but still short-changing, nonetheless. The bigger problem I have is how dismissive the staff was when I could tell something was off with the math. I was not rude to the people, but I could tell I was being overcharged. There was a woman there with a red shirt on that I think was the manager because she was at the counter when I got there, and she stood there not buying anything the whole time I was there. When I was trying to figure out what was going on, I could see her looking directly at me from the corner of eye, but when I looked at her and smiled, she immediately looked away. Then as I was leaving quietly, I did say something to the receptionist, and the same woman came and sat down in the waiting area like she was listening to the entire thing, but she would not look at me or address the situation. I felt totally censored after being ripped off. I just left quietly and gave myself 24 hours to think it over before giving a review. When I was trying to figure out what I was being charged for, I tried to ask the bud tender about taxes on the products, but he just kept saying it was because of the bank fee. He didn't even know what OTD meant when I was asking him about how the products were taxed. I was going out of my way to be nice about it, but they were just really dismissive toward me as though I was being really nit-picky and b*tchy, but I wasn't being rude to them at all. I just knew something was off. So naturally I won't be coming back here and as usual, I am fully under the impression that the people who I encountered will be happy I'm not coming back. Oh well.. I have been a long standing medical marijuana patient and have used our life all locations. They never have many medical marijuana products. Worse they gave a new point schedule. I have over $1000 points and they would not let me use the points on their new schedule. They stole from customers by not letting then use the points they earned by spending your money. New just say screw you to customers by stealing their money. Their workers are really snotty. I will never return to another Pur Life ever again. Not one of their Dispenceries. Urban wellness has been helpful. But there are so many Dispenceries in Albuquerque you should be able to locate a pharmacy that treats you with dignity. I have been coming to this location for years and never had an issue. This past Friday I purchased a full gram cartridge but was given only a half gram one. I did not realize until yesterday, I took the receipt and they said there was nothing that they could do since it had been since Friday!!! I asked for two one gram containers of cotton candy. was told they would sell me a 2 gram container and give me an empty bottle to use, told me its to save time because they weigh to order.your taking my money, is putting one gram in each container that hard?I came back later to get more cotton candy and was told that they would not sell me another gram of cotton candy until i brought in the container i bought earlier for them to add it to that container. or i could buy a different type of weed.. bud tender gave me attitude like i was trying to rip them off.
