I called this office and asked if they would send it again, and they said I would have to pay another $250!!!. This is a scam plain and simple. When I spoke to the Dept of Health I was advised not to trust these types of organizations and that this happens all the time. I have used med cards in both California and Oregon before they legalized it. In both cases, I did pay money, but it was much much less. They took responsibility for the application and provided me with a card right away. I know that med marijuana is a new industry in New Mexico, but I realized it is not worth it to go thru these smaller establishments. If they have a copy of the application, why in the hell do I need to pay for another one! SCAM SCAM SCAM. How dare they do this to someone with a real medical condition. I have PTSD, and this has greatly exasperated that condition. If you need to do this process, at least don't go here. I know there are other places who will not charge you again to send the application. Please know that I will be sharing this information with every single friend.
