I'm a disabled vet that deals with chronic pain and PTSD. For years R Greenleaf had been supplying patients with high quality, affordable cannabis products. In fact, Greenleaf products have saved my life multiple times. I was a loyal shopper until NM legalized cannabis for recreational use. When that happened R Greenleaf jacked up their prices. Last weekend I spent $100 more than I have been spending for years for the same volume of medicine. And when you ask their staff about it they don't have a reasonable answer. Management won't talk to you about it at all. Ultimately it comes to show that this business no longer seeks to comfort those in pain. It's all about money now. I've checked prices at other dispensaries nearby and very few of them have adjusted their prices at all. I suggest going to one of their competitors if you don't want to get ripped off. read more

I am disabled and use cannabis to treat many ailments (medical patient). As a long-time, high-volume R. Greenleaf customer, I have come to trust the budtenders. I frequent the NE heights location (9821 Montgomery Blvd NE) where the budtenders look out for me and the customer service is top-notch. In pursuit of a specific strain at a specific percentage, I made the mistake of visiting the midtown location (4414 Menaul Blvd NE) on 12/7/2022. I specifically asked for a quarter of 24% CTK. The budtender retrieved three bags so we could identify the best buds. I have vision issues, so he picked out the "best" two bags for me, I paid for them, and went home. After arriving home no less than 10 minutes later, I took a closer look and realized they were not labeled as 24% THC and were a much lower percentage. I was upset and felt taken advantage of. I called the midtown manager and asked if I could exchange what I just purchased for four eighth bags at the higher percentage (I had not opened the quarter bags yet). Despite the deceptive sales tactic, the manager did not allow me to exchange them because they were not "defective." Very disappointing. I was very clear about what I needed (24% CTK), but I was not taken care of, despite being a loyal customer of R. Greenleaf for 8+ years. At minimum, I feel the budtenders at the midtown location need additional training for medical patients. Long story short, I will be sticking with the NE heights location from now on. If you plan to visit the midtown location, buyer beware. My best advice is to double-check everything before you leave so you do not fall victim to the same tactic I did. read more

Wow, recreational arrives and the price of their whole plant oil jumps 20-25% between 3/30 and 4/1/22. No discount for a regular medical person. When I first began, each syringe of oil was 700mg/ml it now can't seem to get above 500mg. Other dispensaries charge the same as the new excessive price at R. Greenleaf yet their product regularly pings at 800mg/ml. I'll have to drive further, but I will for a "normal" price of $45-50 per ml. Not a way to retain existing customers! A previous review remarked the edibles are not the same as their previous process. This is what their whole plant oil is used in also. They dont stand behind there product Warranties. Their vape pens were such crap that they quit selling them and don't even replace them or give you anything after they tell you they have a lifetime warranty. Although green leaf was out of the tablets I was hoping to purchase, Kylie helped me find another edible, which I was pleased with. Been getting my medical here for seven months. Ever since recreational became legal (just over two weeks ago), customer service and product have gone downhill. I go here on my lunch break from work because it's close, and today, I didn't have time to stop for lunch because I was in line for thirty minutes. TWO PEOPLE working! Having a huge sale, and only two people working. Also, they have one line for patients and one line for recreational. They took three recreational users that came in after me before helping me as well as people that were there before me. Then, even though it was on the menu, the strain I wanted wouldn't "ring up" so they couldn't sell it to me. There are at least two other dispensaries in this general area, and I will be purchasing my medicine there from now on. SO disappointed. I finally stopped into a Greenleaf location, after years of telling myself I would do so. Their newest midtown location is really conveniently located, with easy parking and easy access to the building. I have to admit, I was a little taken aback at first by being met right at the door by a security officer, but all the security staff are polite and welcoming. The budtenders are really relaxed and have never made me feel rushed while discussing and deciding upon the medicine I want to buy. The prices are fairly standard for their flower, but I think their edibles are really affordable and high quality. I definitely recommend the high-CBD medi-crackers, which are like medicated Cheese Nips. They taste super yummy, and each cracker delivers a really low-dosage which make these an important tool for people who need constant low-level cannabis consumption for managing chronic conditions. They come in a pretty large bag, so it's an affordable and easy way to consume and it's easier to control the effects by eating as many crackers as you need without exceeding your tolerance levels. I also love that they offer savory edibles, because as much as I love cookies, candy and brownies , sometimes I just don't want to eat sugary treats when I need relief. Definitely make sure you stop by to register, they treat new patients to a free edible or flower. In fact, they were kind enough to give me my freebie even though I didn't buy anything on my first visit because I had forgotten to get cash. They do have an ATM on site, but to avoid paying service fees make sure you bring cash before your visit. Overall, Greenleaf is a really welcoming place to visit and leave with good medicine. read more

The place has a rundown dingy appearance and the staff are not as friendly as the other place, but they have answered my questions and I can't tell any difference in the potency of their products and the other business. I used to use R Greenleaf dispensary almost regularly until RG changed their edible recipes. I immediately couldn't get relief with any dosage and it doesn't matter what different ones I try. I'm disgusted because I found out I'm not the only person who's dealing with their useless THC after another patient made a scene one day. I'm not a genius but I think there's something fishy about this and for the sake of patient needs coming first I strongly recommend using other dispensaries. I really like this place. Staff was very friendly. I absolutely love the dark chocolate chile pepita bars. They have Good prices. It helps with pain and i use it to help me sleep. Tried the canba honey and the body butter or cream they have. I highly recommend it. Wish they still made/carried the canna sugar crystals. read more
