I want to give them 5 stars. I would give every other location 5/5... But for whatever reason, when I stop by this shop, the tenders/employees happen to be outside consuming. They're always away from the building, but it's obvious who they work for when they're wearing grey scrubs over graphic t-shirts. It really puts me off from wanting to buy from HDR. It's unprofessional and ILLEGAL to consume these products in public, and allowing dispensaryemployees to do it -even in the parking lot-, all while wearing your uniform/brand, is (to put it mildly) a bad choice.... read more

Unfortunately customer service can kill a business. At least mine. I've had a couple of problems over the last year, none of which warranted me complaining about because the issues were always resolved. Sure I had to make another round trip drive across the river to collect what was left out of my purchases, due to .... Whatever. Shit happens. Who doesn't like a 45minute round trip drive ?!.... As long as it gets resolved, I don't mind. Today.... Today was not one of those encounters. I purchased a Derived cart for my pens, I actually purchased two in the same purchase. One of the two is defective. No big deal, I thought. They'll swap it, obviously it's a manufacturer issue. Nope, not today... I didn't catch the "supervisors" name, but I'll call her Karin. Karin advised me my purchase/cartridge was voided because I didn't purchase a derived battery. And I hooked the cartridge to a different brand of pen, I guess the tenders are supposed to tell you they'll void when you purchase them and... "The signs are posted". I've bought them for over a year and never had an issue. However I'm not one to read the fine print, especially when it's no where near the items I'm purchasing or looking at. I'm also the one doing online orders. I'm also a loyal customer to good products and people. Karin ruined high desert for me today. I won't be purchasing from them. It's only $50, I get it. But it's also medicine and it's also the total blatant disregard for a human nonetheless a customer who averages around $450~$550 a month in purchases. Probably more. It's also shitty to have a "supervisor" that's an ass with no customer service skills, bossing around solid employees. The two tenders at the counter at least attempted to make me feel better about giving away $50, but Karin at the pan am location, you ma'am are a grade a B. I wrote derived because I thought no fucking way, as I'm looking for where to rant to, I read on the back of derives package for my defective cartridge that I voided for using my own lookah pen, it reads; "gently screw onto your desired battery". Hey Karin, thanks for reminding me why people suck. It left me with a headache all day and feeling worse. Didn't even finish what I purchased I just threw it away. On top of low quality flower, their customer service is garbage. The staff is rude and hostile. They don't even want to help you. They act as if tending to your needs is an inconvenience to them. I have never been treated this badly at any dispensary. I'll be honest, the product looks really good. But the employees need to be better at communicating and making sure they're giving what was asked for, or communicating that they don't have it if that's the case. My wife and I went in to get 3 full-gram carts and some flower, and they never verified that that had gotten our selection right. When we checked to make sure we had received what we had intended to purchase, only the bud was right. we ended up only being given 1 half-gram cart, and 1.5 of loose concentrate. Not what I asked for, and no way to use most of it. What made it even more aggravating was that, since we THOUGHT she had gotten everything right, we believed we had spent less than we planned. Would've been awesome, except none of it was right, so it feels like a waste of money that could've been better spent at ANY other dispensary. Bottom line: a 4.5 star bc the flower is the BEST in the mesa. They don't get a 5 star bc the door people/check-in staff are NOT friendly at all. Prices are good, and the customer service is quick and reliable. I hope they change their door people to get a 5 star experience. Great experience here last night. They have Mountain top gummies, which I love. They're my favorite edible because they are the perfect strength for me(I can't do over 10mg, I can smoke like a chimney but for some reason am more sensitive to edibles). And they come in fantastic flavors!! Like sour watermelon, orange, etc. It's really nice when dispensaries keep different flavors stocked. They also come in all 3 different types of marijuana- indica, sativa and hybrid. Everyone was really kind and helpful to me, and when I left I even got a free lighter and sticker! Absolutely love this dispensary, I go to the one off pan American . They have an amazing system where you can text to place an order and do car side pick up. They are well organized. I've texted questions and they always reply back, I'm thankful for that because sometimes I get anxiety calling. As, a patient they remember the little things like to flip my caps over so I can have better access for my medicine. The staff is always so friendly and helpful also knowledgeable when it comes to questions about the cannabis. The Medicine they sell is high quality and fresh.
