I want to rate higher I really do there is a couple of budtenders here that are really really amazing and im not even saying a couple honestly half the staff is super super duper amazing. Its just very inconsistent Im a regular customer and have spent thousands of dollars at this location specifically. Half the time when I go I feel like im treated like a regular customer the other half the time Ive been met with very aggressive offputting attitudes. There was one time where I went presented my id and and medical card, my fiance presented her id she was throughly questioned on her date of birth and everything on it.(we both have medical cards on file) Its been kind of sad because this was my favorite dispensary for a while but the past 3 times ive been there the service was so bad i walked out without purchasing anything. Theres specifically a older hispanic woman who works there who i will leave everytime she is working because of the rudeness and attitude she puts out. She wont greet you will have lots of attitude and 0 input that you typically expect from a budtender. Most of the people who have a bad vibe there work on the same shift too so it creates an overall store vibe of anxiety( not what you typically look for in a dispensary) I seriously think someone from management should come down and just check out the store! You have lost me as a customer and i spent like 1-2k a month there Im positive this location would flourish and have a higher revenue if the employees had more of a winning attitude! My thought is half your staff is brilliant half your staff isn't I would consider firing the half that isnt and considering a more intensive interview/hiring process. Or half your staff and increasing wages the amazing workers you have deserve a higher pay then your weak links in the chain!! Think what you want of my comment but its pretty solid advice. I think you should focus on revaulting your entire staffing system because your budtenders r your closers those r the people creating the image for your brand and when you hire people with a pooor attitude it doesnt make your brand look good! anyways part of the reason i took so personally i used to drive across town just to come to this location and am sad that i wasted my time I cant bring myself to give money to someone with an attitude like that I drove to the coors location. lol and just to use my points I have mainly just started going to verdes because there bud is better anyways. and i cant justify coming back anymore read more

Amanda and the staff here are so friendly and patient. I always feel welcome. Highly recommend.

I'm practically blind and received the wrong product which would have been obvious had they bothered looking at my 5 year plus history with them. Sadly they didn't and they were beyond rude afterwards when I asked to exchange it for the correct product asking for a receipt they never gave me. We all know they could see the records. Only one I avoid at all costs now and out 60 bucks. Had to go to Nobhill location to get decent service. read more

Rating -3 This place is trash. Expensive. Dry. Inexperienced. If this place is not going out of business they should. read more

I would say this place was decent, however it is getting terrible! Every-time I go in now, there is always different people working? All the people that were there are now gone or on to another store? The main reason for even going was the service and having a "relations" with those folks make it fun to purchase. Going in and not knowing anyone after visiting the place since it opened its doors! I will go find another place I guess that keeps their people! I sure the place in the valley or in RR can be the stores that have all new folks everyday! Talk about screwing up a good thing!! read more

(One Star - Platform Default for Zero Stars)Title: Lost a Customer Due to Extremely Poor Performance and Unprofessional Service This review is for the R. Greenleaf location on Montgomery in Albuquerque. The Experience & Staff :The atmosphere of the dispensary was clean and well-lit, but the customer service was the worst I have ever encountered. I went in today for my birthday expecting a positive experience and to use my rewards points. I was helped by a budtender (woman with glasses and her hair tied back in a ponytail). She informed me I had $10 off I could use. Instead of focusing on finding a product for a loyal customer, the service became terrible. I was getting poor customer service and the budtender focused only on the discount, making it clear she was attempting to take the value of my free item/discount to put in her tip jar instead of working to complete a sale or create a positive customer reaction. Transaction Failure & Pricing: I mentioned that I don't smoke and can't use the sugar gummies, and asked about drinks or capsules (the Elixirs). However, due to the budtender's extremely unprofessional attitude and focus on personal gain, I left without purchasing anything at all. This location demonstrated a complete lack of regard for customer retention. They prioritized a small potential tip over providing professional service and ensuring a positive experience for a customer on their birthday. Overall Verdict: Overall, I would absolutely NOT recommend this R. Greenleaf location. They have lost a customer due to this poor performance. The worst part of my visit was the unprofessional conduct of the staff member. I would strongly suggest that management provide immediate training on professional ethics and customer service negotiation to ensure staff prioritize the customer's experience over trying to claim discounts for themselves. read more

Great selection. Cody is the man! Super knowledgeable and friendly. For sure my first choice in ABQ

My favorite dispensary in Albuquerque. Good selection and good prices. The ones reviewing and complaining about prices must be new to recreational cannabis stores. Before New Mex legalized, I drove to Durango and Trinidad for shopping. If you think these prices are high, you are wrong. If you think all dispensaries give courtesy samples, you are also wrong about that. Really like this store and the bud tenders that have assisted me have been great. read more

Poorly managed and staffed. Watch out for Molly, she likes to yell at customers , while basking in her arrogance and entitlement. Catch as catch can with merchandise in stock. The last few visits were worthless, due to stock outages. Look out for the huge suspension destroying pot holes in the parking lot. Another way R.Greenleaf lets you know, very clearly "We don't care about our customers" I'm really looking forward to professionally staffed and operated cannabis retailers to enter the New Mexico market. Currently it's easier, cheaper and better products in Colorado. read more

I was asked to wait outside because of capacity but when white people came not one was asked to wait outside. 8 people in store with a 5 person capacity. read more

I have been a loyal customer for 5 years. I tried to return a item but it was over 30 days, I understand the policy. The world we live in has changed. Two weeks ago it was my birthday, if I just wanted free stuff I would have gone in but I did not. I was around 28 people who tested positive to the virus. So I thought it would be best not to put there employees or customers at risk. So yes it was over 30 days. They basically said oh well. I'm so disappointed that they would not support the safety of all. Thanks read more

Great location and great energy! My budtender was really friendly and helped me explore the menu. Even though I've been to the midtown location I'd never had the assistance there to really check out all of their product. The interior is really nice with local art decorating the walls, and you don't get accosted by security as soon as you walk towards the door. Super convenient, close to shopping and right across the street from Marble! I'll definitely be back. read more

Superior customer service and excellent products. Their gummies are fantastic and they are so kind to medical patients. I DO wish they had higher dose edibles for med patients. read more

Good product, high prices. The most disconcerting thing was they charge a 2$ to use a debit card. No one else does that and the other dispensaries give new customers either a free gram or a preroll. My husband was a new customer. We also don't like the little sealed bags because you can't always see what you're getting. There are a lot of good dispensaries in town and we won't be going to R. Greenleaf again unless we have to. Also, the person who waited on us was very nice. read more

Prices way too high for the quality but that's every place in the entire state can't find anything cheaper than $200 an oz at a dispensary and that's on a good day read more

I like this dispensary because it has a great variety of high quality product, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They're at a really great location, and its easy to get in and out quickly. The only heartburn I have is that they don't take credit cards and if you use a debit card, you get hit with a $2.00 fee, which makes your purchase more expensive than you may have planned for. The card fee pretty well wipes out any special pricing that you might be getting. I recommend going to R. Greenleaf only if you have cash. There are plenty of other dispensaries that take cards, without a fee. read more
