What really upset me is that they never mentioned the charge wouldn't be refunded immediately. Now I'm stuck waiting 2-3 days for my money to come back, which means I couldn't even purchase the products outright. This should have been clearly explained before charging my card. It felt disorganized and poorly handled, and the lack of communication made it a bad customer experience. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

Everest Cannabis Co. however, is not playing the "basic dispensary" game. Not much to say other than we walked in smiling, had a wonderful chat and even a couple laughs during our selection process, and were well medicated for the entire weekend...and what a deal! Its just very inconsistent Im a regular customer and have spent thousands of dollars at this location specifically. Half the time when I go I feel like im treated like a regular customer the other half the time Ive been met with very aggressive offputting attitudes. There was one time where I went presented my id and and medical card, my fiance presented her id she was throughly questioned on her date of birth and everything on it.(we both have medical cards on file) Its been kind of sad because this was my favorite dispensary for a while but the past 3 times ive been there the service was so bad i walked out without purchasing anything. Theres specifically a older hispanic woman who works there who i will leave everytime she is working because of the rudeness and attitude she puts out. She wont greet you will have lots of attitude and 0 input that you typically expect from a budtender. Most of the people who have a bad vibe there work on the same shift too so it creates an overall store vibe of anxiety( not what you typically look for in a dispensary) I seriously think someone from management should come down and just check out the store! You have lost me as a customer and i spent like 1-2k a month there Im positive this location would flourish and have a higher revenue if the employees had more of a winning attitude! My thought is half your staff is brilliant half your staff isn't I would consider firing the half that isnt and considering a more intensive interview/hiring process. Or half your staff and increasing wages the amazing workers you have deserve a higher pay then your weak links in the chain!! Think what you want of my comment but its pretty solid advice.
