Now I'm stuck waiting 2-3 days for my money to come back, which means I couldn't even purchase the products outright. This should have been clearly explained before charging my card. It felt disorganized and poorly handled, and the lack of communication made it a bad customer experience. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.
