I went into the store to buy a puffco new proxy joystick. I told the guy there that I had bought…read morethe core attachment for my new proxy and that I had lost the joystick. I told him that I needed to get a joystick. I already have a clean chamber, so I don't need another one. I told him that I need a joystick and will even buy a chamber with the joystick if the joystick isn't sold on just its own. He sells me a chamber for the new proxy and I walk out with it after confirming it was for the new proxy and not the original proxy. I buy it and walk out. Less then a minute later as I'm walking out I check the chamber and then realize it didn't have the joystick. I immediately walked back in and asked for a refund on it because it didn't have the joystick, but was told I couldn't get a refund. I was denied a $60 refund on an item I had JUST purchased. I will not be going back here again, the store specializes a lot in puffco products, the staff should really be trained in that area as it's a big feature. Overall I will not be going back in, I literally tossed the chamber into the trash can.
