The girl couldn't explain anything properly, nor did she set up my newly purchased equipment properly. She actually ruined about $100 worth of stuff for me in total. She straight up lied to my face about the products I purchased. But that's not all! Their juice is garbage. Their prices are on the high end. Their products are garbage and they won't tell you the truth about them. Their employees apparently either have no idea what they are doing, or they are just trying to make excuses for why the other employees don't know what they are doing, or why they forgot to do this, and that, and this, and oh yeah this... I also found out they have a NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES policy on RDA's and Mods(the only things you would actually want it for and just another thing on the long list of things they conveniently don't tell you at the time of sale) even when it's one of their own employees' fault that your product is broken. Don't waste your time, money, or energy at this awful establishment. They cannot be trusted.

I paid and left, when I opened the package I saw that it was the wrong size, I am not a professional when it comes to vape product I expect the sales person to be able to sell me the correct product as there is no way for me to see the cartridge it comes in a sealed foil pack. I went back in and explained to him, I was very nice about it, I told him I'm sorry but you sold me the wrong one he says he didn't sell m ethe wrong one he didn't even know what I had ??? He absolutely knew, he was just being Lazy I guess and chose not to look close enough at the battery I handed to him. He wouldn't offer to exchange it for the right size and said I opened it and that was it, I didn't feel like arguing so I left. I won't return to the store except for one time, I Plan to go back when the owner is there and see if he will exchange it, If he does I will update this review if not it will be left as is!

I told him that I needed to get a joystick. I already have a clean chamber, so I don't need another one. I told him that I need a joystick and will even buy a chamber with the joystick if the joystick isn't sold on just its own. He sells me a chamber for the new proxy and I walk out with it after confirming it was for the new proxy and not the original proxy. I buy it and walk out. Less then a minute later as I'm walking out I check the chamber and then realize it didn't have the joystick. I immediately walked back in and asked for a refund on it because it didn't have the joystick, but was told I couldn't get a refund. I was denied a $60 refund on an item I had JUST purchased. I will not be going back here again, the store specializes a lot in puffco products, the staff should really be trained in that area as it's a big feature. Overall I will not be going back in, I literally tossed the chamber into the trash can.

The last time not so much as the counter assistant informed they were unable to help with technical matters that didn't involve a product not under warranty. The owner of the one on 528 near Southern in RR was quite rude, and tried to blame me for not reading some warning on the wall that the included mini USP cable was required for a pen style/on board battery, when the fit had become impossibly sloppy, making charging near impossible. (as if that would have made a difference with a lousy jack receptacle. If you're looking for glass, the Menaul store has a huge selection. Can't comment on those prices. Long story short, stores vary in terms of customer service. The juices are OK, prices are so-so, the rewards have an expiration date one needs to me mindful of. Technical expertise is also highly variable, and looks to be less available than previously. Those of us who have been vaping for quite some time likely have standards that may no longer apply in todays highly commercial, legally restricted era. Those truly were the days. So take this review with a pinch of salt--we were spoiled, and the experience now is seldom the same. But I also believe Oasis has also been spoiled by it's success, and doesn't have the same attitude as a few years back.
