I want to rate higher I really do there is a couple of budtenders here that are really really…read moreamazing and im not even saying a couple honestly half the staff is super super duper amazing. Its just very inconsistent Im a regular customer and have spent thousands of dollars at this location specifically. Half the time when I go I feel like im treated like a regular customer the other half the time Ive been met with very aggressive offputting attitudes. There was one time where I went presented my id and and medical card, my fiance presented her id she was throughly questioned on her date of birth and everything on it.(we both have medical cards on file) Its been kind of sad because this was my favorite dispensary for a while but the past 3 times ive been there the service was so bad i walked out without purchasing anything. Theres specifically a older hispanic woman who works there who i will leave everytime she is working because of the rudeness and attitude she puts out. She wont greet you will have lots of attitude and 0 input that you typically expect from a budtender. Most of the people who have a bad vibe there work on the same shift too so it creates an overall store vibe of anxiety( not what you typically look for in a dispensary) I seriously think someone from management should come down and just check out the store! You have lost me as a customer and i spent like 1-2k a month there Im positive this location would flourish and have a higher revenue if the employees had more of a winning attitude! My thought is half your staff is brilliant half your staff isn't I would consider firing the half that isnt and considering a more intensive interview/hiring process. Or half your staff and increasing wages the amazing workers you have deserve a higher pay then your weak links in the chain!! Think what you want of my comment but its pretty solid advice. I think you should focus on revaulting your entire staffing system because your budtenders r your closers those r the people creating the image for your brand and when you hire people with a pooor attitude it doesnt make your brand look good! anyways part of the reason i took so personally i used to drive across town just to come to this location and am sad that i wasted my time I cant bring myself to give money to someone with an attitude like that I drove to the coors location. lol and just to use my points I have mainly just started going to verdes because there bud is better anyways. and i cant justify coming back anymore

Generally the staff are patient but the budtender I had today made me feel rushed as to what I was there to purchase. I really only come in now if there is a special product or to see the nurse at 420 Connect for my card. The big problem is their social media manager and giveaway person. He rigs everything to give the prizes away to his friends. Honestly, that's really not that big of a deal. It's more about the fun of the hunt. But if you have everyone out there playing, especially in the cold, let people know when stuff is over. The manager even contacted me to apologize after the last time we participated and told me they were all very confused by his behavior but he's still doing the same stuff. It's hard to trust someone with your medication when shady stuff is happening like this. I used to go to Organtica for my oil capsules for my seizures but now I get my oils at other dispensaries.

She looked up my data & stated she has my loyalty points/purchase history. She had the items I normally purchase in stock, but also suggested some different items I might also like. Sucked me right in, I had to try them. Bought 2 types. That is great customer service skills. Jeremey came in even recognized me from the other store.
