Called and spoke with Earlena and requested someone to call me back to set up the pick up of our bin.  Called two days in a row to try to set up a date and time.  Per my conversation with Diana, I was supposed to receive a phone call from someone on 4/8/19 to schedule the pick up of the bin.   ​​​​​​​No response to date. Earlena said to call back when their dedicated service is in the office. Let her know that I expected a call back from their team since I have already spent 20 minutes on hold on 4/9 and another 10 minutes with her trying to schedule a pick up of 1 shred bin. Customer service has a lot to be desired. No phone calls, no response.

some of the employees who visit our office from iron mountain are consistently rude and…read moreunprofessional. they come by once a month, and each time they have an unpleasant attitude, acting like we're bothering them just by interacting with them. in our most recent visit, the employee complained and it was visibly irritated, claiming that we always have more paper than usual which is simply not true. some times its a different person, and he never complains. when we dispose the paper it naturally falls in a random way that might make it seem like theres more then usually is, but its a normal volume every time. their customer service need serious improvement

Beware, they may tell you they have had no rate increases, but that is because they have just created a slew of other new charges to their bill that were not there 12 months ago...... They have introduced a 'Transportation Zone" fee as well as a 'Fuel Surcharge' (along with the 'Paper Recycling' fee and the original 'Console Fee') If they just had better management perhaps they wouldn't need so many fees. As an example, the title company next door to us uses their services, but Iron Mountain doesn't pick both at the same time. They will drive the 1/2 hour trip on 2 separate occasions: one to pick up the neighbors 50' away and then come back a day or so later to pick mine up. If you just look at their website you'll find a confusing mess... the MO transcends the entire organization. Crappy company run by crappy managers. Do yourself a favor like I did: go spend $500 on a good shredder and save your time (and money).

The gentleman said they might be open to other proposals in the future. It replied that they could contact me again if they were more flexible in the future and we could discuss an arrangement. I received a call back a few months later. It was the same marketing approach as before. I reminded or informed (I didn't know if it was the same salesperson or not) that I only wanted to be contacted again if there was a different approach. He rudely said, "Well, you are not the type of attorney we want to be working with" and he hung up. Very rude and unprofessional. If we aren't a good fit, it's ok. But, don't talk to me like that.
