I returned to the store and, based on a recommendation from a store associate, exchanged it for a different charger. Unfortunately, the replacement charger was also defective. When I returned to the store to request a refund, I was informed that I was beyond the 14-day return window and could only receive a store gift card. Given that this was already the second defective product, I found this policy unreasonable but agreed to proceed reluctantly. However, I was then told that I would only receive approximately half of the original purchase amount. I paid nearly $20 and was refunded only $9. This outcome is unacceptable. Retaining half the value of a product, especially when both the original and replacement items were defective, raises serious concerns about fairness and consumer protection. I have never encountered a return policy that penalizes customers in this manner when proof of purchase is clearly provided. Additionally, I was disappointed by the level of customer service I received from the manager on duty. Her demeanor was dismissive and lacked the professionalism and care expected in a customer-facing role, particularly on a day such as Mother's Day when many customers are already managing busy schedules. I strongly urge corporate leadership to review and revise this policy, as it undermines customer trust and reflects poorly on the company's commitment to quality and service. I also recommend additional training for management staff to ensure that customer concerns are handled with the appropriate level of respect and professionalism. I expect this matter to be taken seriously and addressed accordingly.

The website kept defaulting to a screen which instructed me to make a claim at the UPS location where I shipped the package. Also, the UPS call center said I needed to file the claim at the UPS store. When I went to the UPS store I was informed that I was supposed to file a claim on the UPS website. Finally, Sherrill, the assistant manager was able to file a claim on her personal phone. Not sure why there are differing instructions for filing a claim. The store says one thing and the call center says something completely different. Without Sherrill's help, I was just going to give up. It was that frustrating.

After a brief consultation at the shop, I went with their 3M Ceramic IR film - 15% for all sides, rear windows & sunroof and 35% front windshield. At first, I wanted to black out my front windshield. However, I occasionally have to place a handicap placard on my rear view mirror when transporting certain family members. Danny strongly recommended that I go with a light enough film to be still able to see the placard when displayed, obviously for legal reasons. Thanks Danny for the recommendation! Danny initially mentioned that it would take about 4 hrs but they got me out very quickly in just a couple. Lastly, at the completion, he made sure to let me know about little details like to not open my windows for the next 2 days to let the film settle and also that I may notice some streaking/air bubble-like appearances on the films which will ultimately disappear. I did have to wait a while to get the live scan done (maybe 20 mins because the owner was on the way there and parking in Cali is a mess) but it was a seamless process and cost $79.00! Took my custom build in after a lot of troubleshooting on my own to find out why it wouldn't POST…read more They misdiagnosed my PC's problems, telling me it would've been a $400 CPU replacement, when the actual issue was a faulty motherboard that only cost $80 to resolve on my own. They told me this without actually pulling out my CPU to test it, and claimed that I damaged it by installing my cooler wrong, and there was only a 50/50 chance my processor was still working - I don't know how they could've possibly known that without actually touching the processor at all. When they returned my computer, it was missing the card rail clip, the velcro straps that I use to manage my cables, and the front panel header had been unplugged and rewired incorrectly. This store made an already incredibly stressful situation twice as stressful and last twice as long by giving me wrong information and leaving my computer in a worse state than they received it in.

It's been about 6 weeks now and my computer is running amazing, so fast! They also have refurbished Macs for sale, which I'll be back for when my current computer stops working.
