Everyone in the crew was clean and neat in appearance and arrived right on time. They were coming and going throughout the day and there were a bunch of them, including Tony Lescanec and Jim Thomason, and they were all really great guys (I say "guys" because I saw no women on site). I'm the type that wants to know stuff and I asked a lot of questions. They were always courteous and friendly in answering everything I "needed" to know. After the install, they went over each piece with us, including the new fancy thermostat. The system is fantastic - it's so quiet - and it works great! I can't wait to see how it does during the upcoming HOT summer months. Btw, they left the area rather clean, save for a couple of pointy screws. Great work by the team from Roth Home. It was a bit more spendy than we had anticipated, but with their "free AC if you buy a furnace" promo and the lifetime parts and labor warranty, we were going with Roth!

Taylor took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood the condition of the system. His attention to detail and safety was evident throughout the inspection, and his friendly, respectful demeanor made the whole process stress-free. It's clear he genuinely cares about doing quality work and helping homeowners feel confident in their electrical systems. I highly recommend Taylor and Roth Home for anyone needing reliable, knowledgeable electrical services. Excellent service from start to finish!

There was continued staff turnover at ProTech with little oversight or on-site management which resulted in many errors. As problems and questions arose, we were repeatedly asked to solve them for ProTech - even basic questions about fixture install that we're spec'd at the beginning of the project. We spent countless hours researching and resolving issues for ProTech to try and keep things moving forward. Issues continued throughout the project and included lighting configuration mistakes, missed circuits and inconsistent wiring through the house as it was installed by different crews. It was so difficult to get things done, we eventually gave up and removed some items to simplify scope given the lack of knowledge. Quality issues such as damaged wiring and missing circuits were only discovered after the walls were closed making troubleshooting and repair very expensive. ProTech abandoned the project after billing us 80% which resulted in us spending tens of thousands more than our original contract with another contractor to fix ProTech's mistakes and finish the project. In my opinion, with so many quality electricians in the area, I wouldn't risk hiring ProTech for anything other than the most basic tasks.

Scott quoted me 600-1500, and asked to come out the next day, not even looking at where I lived on a map. I couldn't do the next day and requested the following week, and he asked to come over the weekend. Then he increased his estimate by more than double, and made it sound like he was giving me a deal when he shaved a couple hundred off. After a lot of back and forth, he ended up saying he was coming and then not showing up just about 5 days in a row after realizing I lived further away than he thought and making excuse after excuse . He'd say he was coming, and text me 10 minutes before he said he'd be at my house telling me it wasn't happening, like I hadn't rearranged my entire day expecting him. To top all of this off, today I had to file a dispute against him with my credit card, because he's as of yet refused to refund me the $750 deposit he made me give him. He pushed me repeatedly to pay him via venmo or cash and now I'm SO happy I didn't because you can't dispute those payment methods. In the end, I got a different company to do the work for $2000, a full grand less than Scott quoted and it was done cleanly, quickly, and without issue. I would be extremely wary of hiring this company, they do not have it together.

He never showed up after weeks of running me around and hours of waiting and scheduling my day around him showing up. He still has my $500 deposit and I have yet to see his face. I have chronic pain and saved for a year to afford a therapeutic hot tub for pain relief and I could have had the wiring installed ten time by now but instead am short $500 for the job and will have to wait another couple of months before I can afford it again. He is crook and I assume a major tweaker from our conversations. DO NOT CALL THIS MAN, literally the worst!
