We've worked together with Paul since 2008 when he began a reno in our condo kitchen and first…read morefloor bathroom, then worked for the 2-family condo association to water-proof our basement, replace garage doors, and then the 2nd floor bath reno, reno'd our condo neighbor's kitchen and bath and so much more. So when we purchased a single family, he was our guy. He did a full and half bath reno, had subcontractors replace the roof and heating system with hot water tank built in. His hardwood floor guys are great, his painter as well. The kitchen was pretty much done but needed some work around the stove, he took out cabinets and added a vent hood. And then all the little things, like installing sconces, replacing doors and storm doors and ceiling fans. He replaced all outlets and most light switches. There's not much he hasn't done here and we trust him explicitly with electrical and plumbing. Yes, it takes a while sometimes. Our assumption is he has to have another job starting as he gets near the end of ours and works us in to finish it up. It's been worth it and we value him most nearly as a family member.

Job was done quickly, professionally and the communication could not have been better. I wouldn't hesitate to call Mike and his crew if you are in need of his services.

He came over and told me that this was a different leak. After I saved up enough money, I was referred to an expert in basement leaks/foundations. He came over and completed the work. When he was doing the work, he proactively asked me who did the work previously. He said he was clearly not done by someone with knowledge of foundations. I have tried to resolve with Eric. At a minimum, I deserve a refund.

We were hesitant going in - we had bad experiences with contractors in the past. Even shopping for…read morea contractor for our project, we felt that most companies didn't value our time, or our job. Not so with D&R! Our project was not a major renovation, but we were never treated like the job was "too small." We had some flooring re-done in our basement, some custom shelving and a closet installed, and some minor touch up repairs done on the exterior of our house. From the day Eric was scheduled to come out for the estimate, we knew these guys were different. Not only did Eric show up on time for the estimate (when does THAT happen?), but he called about 5 minutes beforehand concerned that he might be late. We felt that after the meeting, the quote and pricing he offered were fair and put down a deposit. We never felt pressured to proceed, and we were provided all information we requested: evidence of proper licensing, insurance, a fully complete legal contract, etc. When the job began, the workers were as punctual as Eric was on day one, and were courteous. We also found the crew to be careful and detailed to do the job right. We never felt uncomfortable with them working in our home, and they were flexible on timing and agreed to some minor tweaks and changes to the project as the need arose. Thanks for doing a nice job!

I hired Liberty Construction for a bathroom remodel and this crew from Liberty in Auburn lied about the install of mostly every aspect of the scope of work. After I caught contractor Jerris, contractor Jay and worker James in multiple lies I called the town hall building inspector Gary Allard to come down and inspect. After the building inspector Gary Allard inspected Liberty's work, the building inspector had Liberty Construction rip out everything down to the stud and start over again. This totally incompetent crew and liars were fired for shoddy work and trying to cover up the improperly installed scope of work. I would never trust this company. owner Daniel Craig of Auburn, Jerris Lee a.k.a Jay, contractor Jack and worker James.

The team also took out a structural wall between my living room and dining room and put a lvl beam and added hardwood to the new area. The team was very professional and in good spirits. They retained all permits and worked with inspector at each step.Workers were very knowledgable and answered all questions. The job took slightly more time then quoted but all cost was covered by liberty. The team received 5 stars vs 4 stars due to team member John coming and doing all the finish work and making sure any questions or small finishing were completed above expectation. I would recommend liberty for small and large jobs

I can't speak on behalf of their work because I did not get to that point in the project. I recommend getting back to people and if you are too busy just let them know. There is lots of talk about the economy not doing well due to the pandemic, so it's good to see a company being very busy and that also allows me to give my business to other companies that need the work. I say this in a very non-sarcastic manner. This overall score is not based on the workmanship of the company, but on the customer service, which is a big part of any business whether you like it or not.

Consider this as glowing of a review as one can get. Rich was absolutely great…read more I moved into my new home at the end of August with two masonry projects on tap: patching up a crack in the basement wall and giving our outside retaining wall some real TLC. Not only did Rich take the time to explain to me what was happening behind the surface of both areas, he patiently answered all of my uneducated questions regarding what he was planning on doing. By the time all my questions were answered, I knew he would do an awesome job. The kicker to all of this, is out of the four different quotes I received, he was the lowest by a good margin. And what an awesome job it was. The retaining wall looks practically new and it was built in the 50s! Even my father-in-law gave it his stamp of approval...and I'm still working on getting mine... If you need any masonry work done, Rich is definitely the guy you need to call. Guaranteed you'll love his work as much as I did.

I've waited more than a year to post this, and I apologize to anyone who has been scammed by Bruno…read morein the meantime. Bruno may not mean to scam you, but he will take your money and then do nothing for months. He will not apply for permits, and he will tell you your town/city is the problem. He will blame every delay or broken promise on circumstances outside of his own control. During that time, he will use your money to finish his other projects or (probably) pay his other bills. If you ask for your money back, he will tell you he has bought materials but never provide any proof. If you call Bruno out for his poor performance, he will gaslight you and again blame everyone but himself, including you. I decided to work with Bruno despite a few bad reviews. I figured everyone makes mistakes. But when Bruno makes them, he will not make them right. The only reason I have not pursued a lawsuit against him is that lawyers cost money and Bruno has a history of not paying the settlements against him. It's possible that Bruno has improved his business practices in the year since we last interacted, but I wouldn't bet on it. Neither should you.
