This Arby's is the absolute worst! They don't participate in the specials that are advertised and don't let you know anywhere on the ordering board. A 20 dollar meal went 45 dollars at the window. The beef n cheddar, one of their best was 1 drop of cheddar 1 drop of sauce and 3 pcs of beef like it was just pulled out of the fridge. Never going back. read more

I'm not giving this place a 5 star rating because of the food. The hamburger was a bit raw inside, but everything else was delicious. It was after 4:00 pm during shift change. There were a group of young men working which during this time of day treated us with the best customer service, great attitudes and respect. An experience I will never forget. Would give zero stars if I could! Having read the other 20 reviews about this Arby's it is clear there are huge problems. Me and my wife walk in I went to sit down to order from my phone, not knowing they do not allow online orders. So they do not have to participate in any of the deals that are on the app. However, they do allow online orders from 3rd party deliveries. My wife asked for the code and the rude manager told her the bathroom is only for paying customers. That after we paid she could get the code. What a terrible first impression and such a poor business model. I order, my wife gets the code and we get our food. My order was wrong but I had no time to deal with it so I just ate it. While eating the manager was barking orders and corrections to his staff. Poor managers bully rather than train! I spoke to the manager about the bathroom situation on our way out, he was both rude and dismissive. Managers who cannot hear their customers concerns will soon not have any customers to be concerned about. I love Arby's but I will never stop at this one again. The place does look new and was clean. Worst Arby's ever. Personnel were uniterested in taking an order at all... just chatting and fooling around with each other. Sandwich bread was soggy...how is that even possible? Stopped in on February 25, and while waiting for food to arrive, saw two people behind the counter with masks around their neck and not on their faces. These two people went about their normal tasks with no one commenting or telling them to put their masks on. Only after I commented did one person pull his mask up. Will no longer go to this Arby's as their safety toward customers is lacking read more

Never had good food or service here. The parking lot is normally empty, which is not only a sign of a bad business, but I have often thought this place is a tax dodge for the owner. Something is very wrong with this Arby's. Had so much better experiences at other Arby's-ALWAYS. read more

It's nice to live in a small community like Catalina--it's great to support the local small-business owners--but one major drawback is that when an establishment is poor, you're sort of stuck with it unless you want to make a bona fide road trip. This particular store consistently runs a substandard operation--from the seemingly high-turnover staff to the poorly prepared food (freshness is always in question). I have loved Arby's food all my life. I have lived in Catalina for just over 2 years. My takeout experiences here are generally horrible. I could just stop eating there...but like I've already said, I love Arby's and I have a right to good service. Other Arby's stores in town provide a good eating experience; why can't this one? The owner of this store should be practicing the same level of customer service and quality. Now, on to tonight's experience...first off, I have since stopped ordering through drive-thru because their error rate for me is well over 75%; these days, I just go into the store for take out so I can ensure my order is correct right there on premises. My wife doesn't grab us takeout often, but tonight she did and they got her order wrong (big shock), they didn't know the special they were running (2-for-$5 fish sandwiches) and the food brought home (a 5 minute drive, mind you) was practically inedible; my fish tasted like it had sat under the heat lamp for an hour. Got to the pick up window and discovered 2 of the 4 employees were not wearing masks in the kitchen. Really? Also the window was so dirty with grime and fingerprints, I lost my appetite. Asked for my money back and went down the street to Sammy's which is ALWAYS a good experience. read more

I've tried to give this location multiple tries but I'm now done with bothering anymore. I liked the pecan chicken but as posted by others (pics) it was basically a two slices of bread and lettuce with not much else. Not sure what this stores problem is but over the years the consistency of its product is all over the place. Maybe try another location down the road but for now no more Arby's for me. read more

Pulled up mans voice said can I take your order ,gave order no answer for around 3 mins.Then girl asks if I'm ready now so I asked did she not get the order ? Told me I was talking to recording,,then received my order with a tiny bit of filling all lettuce.The quality is not the same as other Arby's around town. read more

Terrible service, absolutely terrible. Ask for a manager to discuss said terrible service and she was rude and horribly insulting. I've tried to speak with the boss above the manager I spoke with for weeks with no return calls from him and an unusually inconsistent schedule for him making it very difficult to get in touch with him. I went into the catalina Arizona site about 11:30 AM. The manager took my order after waiting about five minutes, I ordered two chicken salads and a shake. He rang it up and then said to me I don't think we made any salads today. He yelled to one of the employees if she did and she said no not me. He then turned to me and said no salads today we're too busy we would have to go all the way in the back and wash lettuce and we don't have time for that. Really don't know why I patronize this location every month. Employees are rude, slow, NO customer service skills whatsoever! Only three customers inside and I had to wait while Mathew (Arby's employee) walked into the back room before taking my order. I stopped by there today, 1/23/18, Ck #776915-1 @ 14:47pm. Went inside for my "to go" order, as the last time I went through Drive-Thru and when I got home the entire order was wrong. Well, they can't even get it right when I standing in front of them. I ordered a french dip with NO CHEESE, it clearly states NO CHEESE on my receipt. YEP, I got cheese on the French Dip!!!! Of course they don't include their location phone number on their receipt, like many other restaurants. So I had to google this location to get their phone number. I talked to John, the Manager, about this mixup and he couldn't have cared less! He said, "bring the sandwich back and we'll make you a new one". I live 10 minutes away. REALLY? Today experienced another of several recent disappointing visits to our Catalina Arby's. Ordered Cajun fish ... response "we're out of Cajun sauce". Do you have crispy fish? Yes ( and after you get your order and ask why there is no lettuce on the sandwich, I'll tell you we're out of lettuce. And by the way, our crispy fish is not crispy). Came in for Cajun fish. Left with Arby's apparently new menu offering ... limp, soggy fish served plain with a dab of tartar sauce. Hmmmm hmmmm good. read more

The food was ok. The cashier didn't listen and put all 3 of our orders in wrong and insisted we ordered wrong and did nothing to correct it. We ordered meals and were charged separately for the sandwich and fries and nothing to drink. He was not at all good at customer service. read more
