Visited this restaurant today and was so disappointed. My sandwich had way too much mayonnaise. I asked for no tomato and the sandwich had tomatoes. This location is ran by a bunch of teenagers and the past two times we have been they have messed up my order. Don't waste your time or money at this location.

There's hardly any roast beef on this.

I asked the person through the drive through if I could have 2 number 2's double roast beef. She mumbled something and when I asked what she had said she very aggressively reappeared it. They obviously jipped me on the roast beef portion (which was super soggy) and I had to wait another five minutes past the window for the cheese sticks. Highly unprofessional in their conduct altogether and failed to deliver a solid product. Close it down if you don't want to be there.

If I can rate this place zero stars I would let me just start there. My boyfriend & I stopped at this Arby's before starting a road trip because we thought this would be an in-and-out quick stop. When we pulled up to the drive thru there was one car in front of us. There was also an African American young lady standing at the back of the store with the door wide open. She was wearing a headset & taking orders for the drive thru yet somehow not a any type of register...Every time the person in front of us would tell her something they wanted, she would YELL their order to someone in the building. Why is she outside? From the looks of it she had friends that were parked outside that she was chatting with while also trying to take customer's orders. When it's our turn to order it seems like she's gotten it right because she repeated it back to us correctly. WELL it turns out she NEVER TOOK OUR ORDER AT ALL. When we got to the window to pay for our food, there was a white young lady that asked us what we ordered. Puzzled, my boyfriend told her our entire order as she NOW punched it into the computer. This girl's actual words were "I'm sorry, I'm not the one that took your order. It's not in the computer because she didn't ring it in." So now we have to wait even longer so that our food can be cooked since it JUST got rang in. All because the girl who was supposed to be doing her job was outside chit chatting with her friends. The white girl (Donna i presume her name is since she's the one that rang us up & her name is on our receipt) was very apologetic to us even though it wasn't her fault whatsoever. While we were waiting for our food there was an elderly man that approached the drive thru window from outside of the restaurant (by our driver window) and he knelt down to pick up change to RETURN it to the store. He knocked on the window & handed the change to a white young man who looked as if he couldn't have cared less that the man was being a decent human being. The elderly man said "this money belongs to her (points to Donna) she dropped it so it's hers." And then he walks away. Then there is a black man with a gold grill in his mouth that comes up to the window from inside & peeks over the ledge of the window. The girl inside says "that's his change that he dropped." The black man who I'm assuming is the manager, says "yeah whatever he was probably trying to steal that money." How rude. I would hate to know that these people are representing my company the way they are. If i were the general manager i would seriously look into getting new staff, except Donna. She was great.

Got to laugh when I see this. Arby's needs to order belts for their help.

I went to Arby's to see a friend that works there and to order a 3 piece potato cake and the GM was disrespectful and very rude as always

Staff here was great and service was quick. The floors were sticky and a few of the tables were dirty but the food was cooked well.

The French dip I ordered for pick up was missing the au jus and was not heated through (meat was…read morecold). I called the store and the only options they were willing to offer were to give me a coupon or return to the store to pick up the au jus . I offered several other suggestions, including giving me a refund. (it's technically not a French dip if there's no au jus.). It was too late in the evening to drive back to the store. The associate said the manager would contact me the next day. He did not. I called the store several times over the next 3 days during typical non-rush hours but no one answered. One time it rolled to voicemail that was either not set up or full. I chatted with Firehouse customer service twice and they indicated they would forward my concern and request for refund to the manager. It's been over three weeks. I did get another survey requesting feedback on how the customer service representative resolved the issue. (Emailing the manager is not resolution.) This could have been resolved very quickly and easily, but it was not, which is why I'm resorting to a negative review. What is worse than those annoying "feedback surveys?" It's the company not acting on the feedback to resolve an issue.
