My family and I sometimes eat here in TR when we just need a quick meal. The staff are always friendly and the restaurant is usually clean. They almost always have Christian music playing in the background and the atmosphere is always relaxed. I took the family here for dinner tonight, and I ordered the Turkey Gyro. The sandwich was put together well with turkey, lettuce, tomato, greek seasoning and their version of tzatziki sauce all in a pita. I've had this a few times and I must say, I always enjoy it. The kids love the Classic Roast Beef and Curly Fries. If we are in the mood for a dessert the kids are crazy for the Salted Caramel Cookies. To be clear, it's just fast food, but Arby's does it right and we always enjoy the experience here. read more

BIG shoutout to the team here at Arby's TR... I escorted a friend home after a night out and stopped in for a quick bite to eat on the way back home. I came in at about 9:25, cognizant of the fact that they closed at 10 and everyone was ready to go home. Normally I go out of my way to avoid being "that guy" because I know when I'm ready to go home at work I don't want people hindering me from doing so... Having said that, the team here went ABOVE AND BEYOND by not only taking my order but by being extremely personable and accommodating. This Arby's has plummeted in terms of service and food quality. Going through the drive thru is likely to cause one to get a partial or cold order. Also their compliance with masking is dubious. read more

They have dine in , restaurant was pretty empty . Lots of older clients , and maybe it's cause they are vaccinated, but the elders were not masking up when ordering their food. All workers had their mask on. The worker was super nice and came up to us and gave our kids happy meal toys. Bathrooms were clean and every other booth was closed so 6 feet social distancing was implemented. read more

Visited this restaurant today and was so disappointed. My sandwich had way too much mayonnaise. I asked for no tomato and the sandwich had tomatoes. This location is ran by a bunch of teenagers and the past two times we have been they have messed up my order. Don't waste your time or money at this location. read more

I understand being short staffed and having delays. But it took 30 minutes to get through 6-7 cars. I went through the drive through and they forgot some items. I did not want to wait in the line AGAIN so I called. An employee answered and said "okay! Let me have you speak with my manager." Then I hear a man yell at the employee through the phone "WHY DID YOU ANSWER THE PHONE?" Then the "manager" answers and rudely says "Hello." I politely explained that I didn't have time to sit through the line and that they forgot items. He replies "Okay... you in line?" I said "Currently, yes, but --" and in hopes he'd have someone run the items out to me, he says "Okay then" and hung up. Incredibly rude to not only the customers, but also the employees. I asked the person through the drive through if I could have 2 number 2's double roast beef. She mumbled something and when I asked what she had said she very aggressively reappeared it. They obviously jipped me on the roast beef portion (which was super soggy) and I had to wait another five minutes past the window for the cheese sticks. Highly unprofessional in their conduct altogether and failed to deliver a solid product. Close it down if you don't want to be there. read more

If I can rate this place zero stars I would let me just start there. My boyfriend & I stopped at this Arby's before starting a road trip because we thought this would be an in-and-out quick stop. When we pulled up to the drive thru there was one car in front of us. There was also an African American young lady standing at the back of the store with the door wide open. She was wearing a headset & taking orders for the drive thru yet somehow not a any type of register...Every time the person in front of us would tell her something they wanted, she would YELL their order to someone in the building. Why is she outside? From the looks of it she had friends that were parked outside that she was chatting with while also trying to take customer's orders. When it's our turn to order it seems like she's gotten it right because she repeated it back to us correctly. WELL it turns out she NEVER TOOK OUR ORDER AT ALL. When we got to the window to pay for our food, there was a white young lady that asked us what we ordered. Puzzled, my boyfriend told her our entire order as she NOW punched it into the computer. This girl's actual words were "I'm sorry, I'm not the one that took your order. It's not in the computer because she didn't ring it in." So now we have to wait even longer so that our food can be cooked since it JUST got rang in. All because the girl who was supposed to be doing her job was outside chit chatting with her friends. The white girl (Donna i presume her name is since she's the one that rang us up & her name is on our receipt) was very apologetic to us even though it wasn't her fault whatsoever. While we were waiting for our food there was an elderly man that approached the drive thru window from outside of the restaurant (by our driver window) and he knelt down to pick up change to RETURN it to the store. He knocked on the window & handed the change to a white young man who looked as if he couldn't have cared less that the man was being a decent human being. The elderly man said "this money belongs to her (points to Donna) she dropped it so it's hers." And then he walks away. Then there is a black man with a gold grill in his mouth that comes up to the window from inside & peeks over the ledge of the window. The girl inside says "that's his change that he dropped." The black man who I'm assuming is the manager, says "yeah whatever he was probably trying to steal that money." How rude. I would hate to know that these people are representing my company the way they are. If i were the general manager i would seriously look into getting new staff, except Donna. The service was fantastic and friendly. They got the order exactly right and they add new things to their menu often. My only complaint is that they add to much sauce on some of their options. For example, their spicy chicken sandwich had so much sauce that after every bite, some of the sauce would cover anyone's hand. Other than that, I really enjoyed their food, would recommend to everyone I know. read more

Staff here was great and service was quick. The floors were sticky and a few of the tables were dirty but the food was cooked well.

I went through the drive through and got a very simple order. Just a regular roast beef sandwich and an order of Mac and cheese I pull up to the window the dude standing there seemed way out of it like he had just smoked an entire blunt. He had blonde hair and air pods in his ear. very young. I got my order and looked in the bag and didn't see a fork so I asked him for one. He said oh shit my bad and proceeded to hand me 5 things of horseradish, how can you possibly get that from me saying fork. Like I said he was on another planet. As we drive off my girl friend hands me my roast beef sandwich and the bread was completely stale, and the meet looked as if it were dried up, and my girl friends Mac and cheese was so cold she couldn't even eat it. I immediately turned around and had to go back and get me a new sandwich and had to go next door to chickfila to actually get some good fresh Mac and cheese. This business is completely unprofessional I've worked in many fast food places and there is no reason to hand people food that has been sitting out that long. I will NEVER go to this Arby's again. This really shows what kind of management that they have running this business if their employees are that relaxed coming in high as a kite and not serving the best food for the customers. ARBY'S TRAVELERS REST: I sure wished i could give a negative and really at this point I am not sure what else should be done. Went into Arby's here in my town. Just a Combo for myself was all that I was going to order. No one greeted me for a little bit however I could tell that they were busy so i stood patiently waiting. After about 5 minutes I made eye contact with a female and she came over to the register. I noticed at that time a young male thru the peek though into the kitchen throwing a large block of what looked like cheese slices into the air and catching it with bare hands several times. Others that were in the back with him were laughing. I called it to the attention of the young lady that was about to take my order. I told her that I will pass on a meal with them and I left. I don't know who owns this Arby's but the night of June 15th needs some serious attention. Health Department Standards I am sure was not met. read more

The meats shown on their TV commercials bear ZERO resemblance to the meats served in their restaurants. On TV, the meat is wholesome and pure. Reality in restaurants is called comminuted meat, which has been chopped and reshaped, often containing fat and gristle. I prefer trurh in advertising! And no gristle. read more

If i could give one negative stars I would. We come here often to eat, and I shit you not EVERY SINGLE TIME WE COME COME, ARBYS BE ON SOME BULL. Tonight we went through the driveway and ordered 2 meals, nothing complicated at all. Took them 15+ minutes to make 2 sandwiches, an order or curly fries and an order of mozzarella sticks. Gave us the food with an attitude and then we get it and they left out the fries we paid for. Go back around the drive thru to get them and had to wait on 3 other cars in front of us. Meanwhile all the rest of our food is getting cold. Told her at the window that we would like them to remake everything because they forgot our fried and now our whole meal was cold and nasty. Girl at the window rolled her eyes into next week and then just threw some fries in there with our cold food. We were too mad and hungry to wait any longer so we just took our cold food and went home. Tried to call Arbys to speak with a manager and they keep fowarding my call.
