Needed a fast but good meal. Turkey bacon sandwich was delicious. The fish sandwich was made to order and very good. I could hardly wait to eat the curly fries. They were nice and crispy, but not hot. Apparently they had been in the bag for a bit. My sandwich was hot and very good and generous portion of fish. My husband's turkey baking club was the correct temperature as well. We went through a drive-through. They were running a bit slow and were apologetic. Everyone was very polite. I would have given my review five stars had my fries been hot. We had to wait in line for a bit. But the person taking our order the person taking our money and giving us our food. Best curly fries we have gotten in a long time. Juicy roast beef too. Everything was hot. We didn't have to wait long at all even though they were pretty busy. We did have a sweet tea when it should have been an unsweetened and they fixed it quickly and Apologized. Definitely going back in a few weeks when we are back in town. read more

Well today I tried Arby's in Sanford N.C. This is the worst food I ever ate in my life. When you order crispy chicken Sandwich you would like a crispy chicken sandwich not a burnt black crispy chicken loaded in oil. The fries were cold and soggy. The only thing good to be honest was the side of cheddar cheese And my soda other then that everything was Disgusting.Now I know why this place doesn't have customers now I know why.You know I spoke to the manager of the place and he stated is that all I said yes and he said bye. Walked from the parking lot to the front door and passed an employee sitting on the dirty sidewalk smoking a cigar I had passed the smoke and it was disgusting I'm a non-smoker waiting for my food I watch that same employee come through the door right to work grabbing peoples food putting in bags and on trays without going to the restroom and washing her hands I think that's unacceptable if they need to take a smoke break find a place where patrons don't have to see or smell smoke read more

Ok so we had to wait over 20 minutes for our food and the food was horrible was not shaved it was only cut in big ass chucks both sandwiches when we got to the pick up window we watch a person that was surely not on the clock working walking around bullshiting not caring about anything eating French fries behind the counter at 11:30 wth yall. Their food is usually always good, but i do not like the fact that when i pull up at their drive thru close to their closing time, alot of the times they tell me theyre already closed & its not even 12oclock yet. I am a Bar & Restaurant manager...so i know that when running a restaurant, you strive to make the guests experience as best as possible, and that does NOT mean turning away an order just because its 3 or 4 minutes till your closing time. I always stay open and welcoming until the exact minute of closing time. I work in Apex also, but live in Broadway ...and when i got off work, my boyfriend and i decided we really really wanted a Roast beef sandwich (most basic, and should be the easiest sandwich TO make) . reguardless, it takes me about 30-35 minutes to get to arbys in sanford from where i work, & so i tried getting there as quick as possible and pulled up to the drive thru speaker at 11:57 p.m. [they close @12a.m.) & the lady working told me they were already closed. I asked her what time they closed and she said 12oclock...so i said "excuse me, but it is currently 11:58". She told me, "oh, well its 12 o'clock in here". I told her all i wanted was 2 roast beef sandwiches and she said, "oh no, ive already broke all that stuff down..i cant help you". Keep in mind this is on a Saturday night! This was really upsetting considering i was trying really hard to make it there on time and thought i had made it when i pulled up with 3 minutes to spare, but got turned awatmy because this employee decided to close down everything early. I would lose my job if i did what she did at my work, very unprofessional. I hope the store/general manager or district manager sees this so they know whats going on at their store when theyre not there. & for the record, this is not the 1st time this has happened at the same location in the past few months. The missing stars are because they are pumping CNN in the restaurant, so it's hard to choke down the liberal agenda while trying to enjoy a meal. Just bought lunch there, a Reuben sandwich and Jalapeno bites. I had a coupon for the sandwich, $3 instead of $5.49, handed it to the cashier and Brandy (the cashier) didn't apply the coupon so I ended up paying $2.50 more than I should have. When I call the number on the receipt it sounds like a fax number so I am unable to speak to anyone about this. I love their Reuben but won't be going back there any time soon. read more

Usually good. Tonight my daughter ordered a meal with her Christmas gift card and particularly wanted a large order of curly fries. When we got home and opened the bag we had a large BOX for fries, but it was only a third of the way full! Obviously, we should have checked before we drove off. But who puts a large box of fries only one third full and thinks that's good enough? My daughter was very disappointed in her favorite fast food place. read more
