In the first group of sides are Hash Browns, Grits, and Home Fries at no extra charge. The other choices cost an extra $1.99 to about $4.00. After the lunch sides were listed on the menu, it listed Toast and a few more "free sides". Personally, to me, if the menu reads "with two sides", we shouldn't be charged extra especially when the list of "free sides" is pretty short list.
