Avoid this Arby's in Richmond Hill (Store #01802). We placed a simple mobile order at 2:29 PM thinking it would save time. Instead, it turned into a 32-minute wait for basic fast food--and the sandwiches were cold when we finally got them. When we arrived, we were told they were "very busy" and asked to pull around. Then an employee (Heather) came out and told us they were too busy to bring orders outside, so my wife went in to wait. Meanwhile, that same employee proceeded to run orders out to multiple other cars while we stood there waiting. Completely inconsistent and frustrating. It gets worse--another customer told us this location routinely puts mobile orders at the bottom of the list. If that's true, then what's the point of ordering ahead? The manager on duty, Ebony Davis, was completely dismissive. No apology, no effort to fix the situation--just attitude. It honestly felt like she didn't care at all and was daring us to complain. The overall environment was uncomfortable and unprofessional. One employee even seemed afraid to provide the manager's name when asked, which says a lot about how this place is being run. I'm disappointed that my favorite sandwich was not on the menu: Market Fresh Chicken Salad. Thus, 4 stars for this Arby's. The cashier was friendly, quick, and accurate. His partner behind the counter also got our food quickly with a smile Husband got the #2 Arby's classic meal, regular, and I got a Classic Arby's sandwich. Husband split his curly fries with me. I haven't been to this Arby's (Hwy 17/Richmond Hill) for months because of bad service. I decided to give them another try and they continue to disappoint. This was a drive-thru order. 1) Ordered 4 roast beef sandwiches and only received TWO packets of Arby's sauce. 2) Asked for Horsey sauce and they put ONE in the bag. 3) There were ELEVEN fries included with my order of fries. 4) No napkins in the bag. 5) I received no receipt for my debit purchase. I tried calling the store so I could talk to the manager but they don't answer. I made SIX attempts on several different occasions. In fact, their only phone line listed is a FAX line! The young man at the window didn't really have a very good attitude either but that seems to be a regular scenario at most places these days. I will NOT EVER be going back to this Arby's. Worst Arbys Ever. Waited 15 minutes inside for simple French dip sandwich. Then no AuJus in bag. Rudely told by staff and so called supervisor that they don't have AuJus. This experience was horrendous. Our order was supposed to be ready at 12:33. At about 12:50, I asked a 2nd time how much longer because we were traveling. The food and service is what you would expect from an Arby's, and that to me is typically good. What is lacking at my local Arby's is a significant atmosphere upgrade. At the time were out to try a new restaurant in the area when we found despite Facebook claims of it being open it was closed and went to a back up plan and opted for Arby's. I ordered the Market Fresh Turkey and Swiss on bread versus a wrap and my wife an Arby's roast beef sandwich. We got our iced tea from the counter dispensers and some fresh lemons. This was the first time I tried the turkey and Swiss sandwich and it was OK. I would of liked to have a little more meat (from the place know for its meat), but it was fresh. What really took away from the eating experience is how run down this particular location is. I would have thought Arby's corporate would have more control or input to allow one of their restaurants get so worn down. Food - 3 .5 Fresh and often tasty fast food with a good variety to choose from. Self serve beverages with fresh lemons available Service - 3 .5 Polite and friendly Atmosphere 1.5 This location needs a renovation! We were staying at the Best Western Plus right behind this Arby's and we could walk to it which was convenient. I love all the Arby's so I maybe a bit bias towards them. The restaurant was clean the staff was friendly and as always the food was great. I'm a big fan of the Loaded Italian Sub sandwich and my wife loves their roast beef,, yummy, yummy. This is a super clean Arby's. The staff were very friendly, especially given my very negative experience with another restaurant across the road. The food was piping hot and fresh. I ordered a meal + an order of jalapeno poppers. The person who waited on my misunderstood my request and replaced the fries with poppers. When I asked about my fries, he didn't question - just gave me a small order of fries. The condiment and drink areas were very clean, as well as the dining room and bathroom. As we were leaving, the staff thanked us again for our business. If I'm traveling this way again, I will make this Arby's a go to stop. read more

We opted for this store after the KFC train wreck across the street. (See other review.) Arby's did not disappoint! We were greeted immediately upon entering the store. We only had to wait about 10 secs for the cashier to finish the order before us before he took our order. My order was taken down correctly and the price was just right. About 60 secs later the food was in my hands ready to go. Everything tastes great and I left the restaurant feeling satisfied. Note: I should also mention that I used the restrooms while I was there. Fast food places don't usually have clean or well stocked restrooms. This one was pretty clean and it had soap and hand towels. Overall, very pleasant experience. (10/7/2017) we do fast food only on road trips and look forward to the Arby's, just something different and tasty. Had a coupon from another state for BOGO Loaded Italian Sandwiches. Comes warmed on a Hoagie roll, with banana peppers, plenty of Italian dressing, mayo, and salty meat. Hit the spot. This location was easy to get in and out of outside Savannah off 17. Plenty of gas stations and grassy area to walk a dog. Exterior was clean. Bathrooms not so much. As noted by a previous reviewer, no napkins given to us for a to-go order. read more

This arbys is HORRIBLE!! Got our order totally wrong!!(how do you mess up beef and cheddar!?!?) All our food was refrigerator cold 8 minutes after we ordered (yes we have heat in our car if McDonalds can stay hot in a brown bag, Arbys can too)... when we called to tell them/request a new order they hung up on us!! We have been indulging in their gyros for weeks now, because for a fast food place they are pretty darn good. Maybe not as good as our regular Arby's back home, but still. I know that everyone says this but the honest truth is that I am not the kind of person to write a review. However, this drive-thru experience was exceptional! I am driving from south of Miami home to Charlotte North Carolina, and ran by this Arby's to get a shake (because the orange creamsicle is AMAZING!) and chicken fingers. Granted I went through at 2:30 PM so there was not a line, but as soon as I pulled up to the speaker I was greeted by a chipper lady who was polite and kind when I took forever to locate chicken on the menu. I have never in my life experienced a fast food employee so happy who cared about not only my experience there but how my day was going. Chicken was also hot and fresh at an in between meals hour!
