I don't know when was the last time I eat at Arby's however it was good. We had Pastrami sandwich Gyro fries Gyro salad Cookies The food was fresh and tasty as well as I enjoyed all the different sauces. I think I'm going to have to visit more often. read more

Wow! Another employee that just stands out to me. An employee that doesn't seem to hate his job. Another employee that understands that they are in the public service field and take pride in what they do. This is my third time reviewing a great employee at this location and this time it is Will. I have dealt with Will at the window a few times and he does a great job. Always friendly and very polite. The crew at this Arby's has their stuff together. Some of their competition in Pontiac should take notice and step it up. I would say this "fast food" crew is the best in Pontiac hands down. I hope that their management team recognizes them. read more

Was given my food in drive thru as they took my card then sat for 20mins for them to tell me the drive thru card machine isn't working now & they wanted all the food back & RUDELY snatched it out of my cousins hands with a attitude like it was our faults we didn't have cash on us... didn't even try a different machine. This is a pretty good Arby's as far as they go. Went through the drive-thru for lunch and no one else was in line. Service was very polite and quick. It was a bit on the pricey side but that's pretty typical for any Arby's. I ordered the Beef and Cheddar and Mozzarella Sticks. Both were made as ordered and pretty good. read more

I love Arby's! Hands-down my favorite fast food restaurant. I wish there were restaurants closer to my house. ANY time we are on the road traveling, Arby's is our first choice for food. Very unfortunate that I can't eat there ever again. This was my first time at the Pontiac Arby's. I was traveling with my wife from Jacksonville, IL to our home in Chicago, IL. We stopped on Labor Day 2011 at about 1:30pm. Things were going pretty well. The manager on duty was very polite and was working very hard. I ordered a Chipotle chicken sandwich and my wife ordered a roast beef. First couple of bites were pretty tasty. Then, I took a bite while I was driving and ran into a tough spot. I kind of thought it was a tough piece of bacon, so I bit a little harder. Finally I realized something wasn't right. I looked down and saw that I was biting into a plastic lid. The lid wasn't for a soda, it was a little smaller. It was the lid for a small disposable plastic cup. I was 30 minutes up the road, so I wasn't about to waste an hour of my holiday to bring them back their piece of plastic. Sick. Worst food experience I've ever had. If you can shut up and stop interrupting me while I am talking. Now for the rest....service was really slow. Really slow. This entire review typed at the window....and I'm not a very fast thumb typer. Crazy slow. I'm having to think of stuff to type just to kill time. Bet a dollar I have to ask for my receipt. Had to actually sign a copy???? And it wasn't carbon. We shall see. Yep had to ask. Oil needs changed in the fryer. Fries taste burnt. Wrap wasn't bad. Ill give them one more star for that. read more

The workers here will always greet you with a smile, the orders you place will go through with ease, food comes relatively fast, depending on when you get in. The food is put together with care, and doesn't look sloppily done, the place is very clean. All in all I would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for fast food that isn't garbage. read more

It is rare to give a fast food restaurant 5 stars, but i am going to do it. The past year i have been there around 4 times, each time the food and service has been great at the drive thru. The sliders are highly recommended for the smaller of appetites and the cheese sticks are better than great. Also have tried the turkey bacon sandwich, whatever it's called, and the ultimate fish sandwich. Can't get any better tasting fast food. The inside on my last visit was very clean and the workers friendly. I will keep going back. read more

Had to be in town for a short minute but when leaving I was hungry so I decided to stop into Arby's. Well I should have not!! It was 11 am in a Saturday (4/20/19). There's about 6 cars in the drive thru but none parked to be inside. Okay I'll go inside. Hmmm again bad choice, walk in and the "manager" (30ish woman with tons of tats and doesn't lower her left hand below shoulder height the entire time she talks no matter what she is doing) says something understandable. The high school girl starting to take my order is fine but probably new and unsure, I'm ok with this, but she is making an effort, unlike the manager who is telling the 1 young man, who is prepping the sandwiches, what to do while she visits with 2 other girls. Once my order is in she directs the high school girl to wipe down the tables cause she found crumbs. This whole time there is one gal working the drive thru, the young man prepping sandwiches and the high school girl wiping tables while the other three visit and take a very loud phone call (Manager) and play with their phones!! It took me 13 minutes for a sandwich and a self serve ice tea. The sandwich was horrible !!! I will never return to this location !!! Must be a reason people don't go inside!!! Funny story. Happened about two weeks ago. Management was doing a walk through to upgrade and tidy things up. Pointing out stuff and brainstorming with managers and others. I hope anyway. Was there and employees were really nice and attentive. For the most part it was very clean and tidy but manage to find a strangers hair in my curly fries. . . Wish I could say it was the first. But it has happened before. But it was the first time at an Arby's I had ever found anything in my food. For the record. Everything else was good besides Arby's crappy Roast Beef. Arby's - Fire the guy singing on the commercials and work on your Beef. It's what's for dinner! And No More Hairs in curly fries. read more

Stopped late one night on a 4 hour trip, they were all nice and understood how much better fresh curly fries would make my trip.

This was the WORST Arby's I have ever been to and, needless to say, I will not return. We were on our way home (3 hours away) and stopped for "fast food." The service was atrocious, the food lukewarm and way late. I waited 20 minutes for my food; the two people who ordered after me were served their food before I was (we had an easy order: 2 roast beefs, 1 market fresh sandwich and 3 orders of curly fries). When I expressed my frustration after someone asked me if I'd been helped, the person who took my order replied that, "well, we've been busy." I was the only one in the check-out area and the drive-thru service didn't appear to be very busy. No compensation was offered for my wait/missed order, nor did they give me my receipt. Service was so bad I will be contacting Arby's corporate to lodge a complaint. Completely unacceptable. Definitely DO NOT stop here. read more

Good food. They had the food ready right when I filled my drink. Not a real fancy Arby's, but sure good food.

I ate at this location last night (5/22/15) and I have to say, I'm very impressed. Even though the place was packed and the wait times were a little slower, the food tasted amazing, the store was very clean, and they even brought my order out to me. The manager was so polite, showed great charisma, and had us laughing through our whole order. It's so sad to see people like rob c who is impatient and "one of those guys" in drive thru, because this crew knew exactly what they were doing and they did it with style. So a huge shout out to Pontiac Arby's. If only I knew the crews name, I would mention them, but sadly not. Solid 4 stars, if not 5. Bravo! read more
