The cashier tended to us immediately. Food also came out fast. Food was amazing. The bell was also a nice touch. The inside also looked clean and modern. That burger might approach one of my favorites in fast food. Burger-9/10 Curly Fries-9/10 Chocolate Shake-8/10 Water-9/10 read more

I never found out what the food was like cause I couldn't get anybody even wait on me or serve me. There's four different people behind the counter and they apparently can't handle the drive-through plus not counting the three or four people behind the prep table. Ignore customers completely at the counter. read more

Buns were burnt, food was cold, fries were crumbs, the woman that served me who claimed to be the manager lied and said it was fresh when I saw it already bagged in the corner when I placed my order. read more

Food already sucked but I looked forward to what I thought would be peach cobbler sticks but they instead replaced them with 3 day old cheese sticks. What a waste of my money I will never eat here again. The lady at the front was very sweet when she informed me that the also stoped serving jalapeño bits on the beef and cheddar sandwich. This store has lost all value in their product they need to go back to focusing on the few items they had that's when the quality was at its peak. read more

First time back in 30 years Great food, bad service Will not go back again Servers very rude read more

Service at our Arby's is always top notch. Was no different today. Gyro's here are fantastic. They also have some of the best crinkle fries anywhere. read more

We went to Arby's drive thru and ordered 2 cheese steak sandwiches. The sandwiches were pretty heavy with lots of meat, but not very much onions and peppers. The sandwiches were very sloppy and the cheese was all over the sandwich wrapping. All in all not to bad but I wouldn't order another one for sure. Seems like Arby's is trying to be a conglomerate of every meat made to man. How about just sticking to Roast Beef Sandwiches, seems like the roast beef sandwich is slipping away too! at least Arby's still got the Curly Fries, oh! And the cringle cut, where's the baked potato? Sorry, Arby's seems like you're having issues. read more

Stopped in for lunch today and what I noticed first was the manager, Zev! He is awesome. He was working serving the drive through customers as well as those of us in the dining room. He was so polite and efficient. As I was sitting eating, you could here him talking to the employees, please and thank you was every other word out of this young man's mouth. After they had cleared the drive through, I could hear him telling his staff "nice job guys". That's the kind of manager we should all be so lucky to work for. As for the food, it was delicious and fresh as always. I hate to make it such a short review about that, however Arby's is good food. The dining room had ample social distancing and provided safety for anyone concerned about COVID. Zev is the real reason I wrote this review however. He's an asset to any company he works for. Great job Sir. read more

Paper thin overcooked chicken sandwiches. Avoid this place at all costs. You will be overcharged and under served. If I were the management here I'd be embarrassed. 3+ stars is honestly too generous read more

Service was excellent and the reason for the four stars. The guy running the register was polite and quick. They were fairly busy but we weren't in line long. Our food came out before I could even fill up my soda. The sandwich was same as I was expecting. I fried were ok, nothing special (light on flavor, which I was surprised). read more

This location is pretty good. Arby's has upped their game. I really like the spicy Philly cheesesteak with curly fries and a root beer. Some days it's extra saucy some days it's not so I just ask for extra sauce on the side. I visit this place every couple weeks when I'm craving a Philly :) read more

Arby's.. they have the meats. I guess it's contagious because now I have the meats too. They may not be the cheapest sandwich shop or the best but Arby's does put out a quality product. The person taking the order was not great at doing their job though. I ordered a turkey and Swiss with nothing but turkey Swiss and lettuce. When I got home I found that they had also added mustard.. when paying $20 for two people to have lunch, you expect the order to be right. read more

The drink machines are filthy, you can taste the mold. Tried to call, in case they were unaware, they never pick up the phone. What else gets missed in their daily maintenance? read more

Great food and great customer service. We visited for lunch and it's clean with quick service. It's refreshing to see a manager who is kind and helpful, with employees who are clean cut and professional. Keep up the great job! read more

Don't stop here unless you want to be threatened with having the cops called on you just because you want your food in a timely manner and not cold. God forbid you ask for straw, The manager at this location will call the swat team on you. Oh not to mention getting handed back your credit card by a non-gloved, unfriendly worker whose hands were dripping wet. A wet credit card and wet reciept was what I got. No reassurance on getting good food hot and quickly here. Here you get eye rolling, threatening, and interruptions. Thanks Arby's read more

Today we visited this Arby's and was shocked when a customer came in holding a small dog into the dinning room. The dog had no collar, no leash, no working dog or emotional dog vest etc. The man ordered his food and sat down at a table, the dog beside him on the bench running up and down the seat. Dog barked several times and when it was time to leave the dog jumped up on the table onto the regular chair and ran across the floor following the owner out. You could only imagine the shock to witness this crazy show. None of the staff noticed a thing. At this point I could not finish my food, I quickly advised the staff of what just happened and told them what the dog did to the seat and run across the table, otherwise it would have went unnoticed. Imagine the unsanitary conditions of the table, chair and bench if another customer would seat there later. I asked the staff and manager how could this happen or serve someone with a dog in the dinning room without questions or concerns for other customers. Their reply is it against company policy to ask someone or even challenge a customer about a dog in the dinning room. Beware of this mindset when it comes to everyones safety by them allowing this to happen. if this is permitted, what else is happening with sanitation and food safety. Arby's on Blanding in Orange Park was a good place to eat, the event today changed my mind and will never return or support this location. I just wanted others to be aware of this business. For the record, my wife and I are dog lovers, we have 4 dogs at home. We never take them into any eating establishment. It is inconsiderate and selfish to impose our pets on others. read more

Please tell me why I DoorDashed food, and arbys forgot to put the Ajou in the SEALED bag that obviously goes with the French DIP sandwich. But REFUSES when I drive up to the store to give a cup of Ajou and tells me I have to contact DoorDash someone explain to me how this makes sense. Very rude and acting like they wouldn't take my order then for got cheese sauce with my fries after I finally got someone to take my order read more

Their regular roast beef comes with nothing on it - perfect for me and consistently good. They have other sandwiches if you want other ingredients on it. Love the Arby's sauce as well. I thought I would try something different, though, and went with the French dip. When I took it out at my home to eat, there's no au jus. That is the whole purpose of the "dip". That sandwich disappointed because of that. I specifically did not ask for Arby's sauce as I knew (or thought I knew) au jus is included. Not one to eat a plain sandwich, I ended up throwing it away. read more

Our drive-thru order came out wrong, so we walked inside and the issue was resolved in the span of a few minutes with no extra charge or questions asked. Also, the gyros were way better than I thought! Some places that specialize in gyros don't make them this good, so I was surprised by how tasty they were. read more
