Stopped here cause we get tired of mcdonald's, unfortunately upon walking in i heard two employees arguing about sending a wrong order out the drive thru. not a good start. we waited in line, until the kid in front of us was clearly friends with the person working the register, and wanted to joke and mess around instead of ordering and moving along. they then needed change for the drawer, but the manger was busy making sandwiches (fair). but the employees just seemed so frazzled and confused about everything they were doing we knew they were bound to mess our order up, so to mcdonald's we went. read more

once again, was very disappointed by this Arby's. Not only was everyone rude, but so was the manager (again???) food had mold, everything tasted AWFUL. Drink was warm. What drink is warm? It wasn't a clean environment, bathroom was GROSS. The character of this place was negative. Manager was outside talking to people the entire time instead of helping the employees in the back, the atmosphere smelt of grease and body odor, employees were being loud, and had to wait around 30 minutes to even get my food, nobody was up front, nobody was bagging any orders, and worst of all, food wasn't fresh whatsoever. Got a classic roast beef from this arbys and it was black, overcooked I understand now after looking at Yelp to find it's a one star rating. And we were gonna dine in because it said dine in goes till 9:00 but when we were opening the door it was locked it turned out it was locked due to understaffment which is understandable but you could atleast put up a sign. read more

My Papa and I had a perfectly good experience! We ate inside (this was the second time I've eaten inside) and were able to order almost right away; just 1 person in front of us. (We ate around 12:35 on a Thursday.) We were given our drink cups right away and by the time we grabbed drinks, ketchup, and a booth, our food was ready. I ordered a 4 piece mozzarella stick and a ham & swiss slider. All of my food was hot, tasted great, and fresh. I ate every bite. (See photo I posted.) I looks like the place was possibly redecorated recently; it was nice! Everything was clean. I noticed an employee going around cleaning all the tables and the soda/condiment area. The only spot that was a little dirty was the trash can area for your treys. Someone spilled some sauce and it needed cleaned up, but at least it was the trash area. One small tv. It was hard to see today because of the sunshine, but I was happy the sound wasn't crazy loud. Restaurant wasn't really loud at all. Kind of wish there were more trash areas, but the place isn't that big. I did not use the restroom but my Papa did and he said it was clean. The parking lot could have used a little TLC. I'll happily eat here again if I'm traveling by. I'm from S. Sioux City, NE which is a little over an hour north. I only ever go through Missouri Valley if I'm traveling to Omaha and don't take the NE route. Employees weren't overly friendly, but they did their job quickly and efficiently. read more

My dine-in lunch experience was A-OK. The service at the counter was efficient, but not especially friendly. My name was called in five minutes. I added toppings from the sauce bar, but noted there was no toppings bar like at all of the other Arby's I have visited. My classic sandwiches tasted great with plenty of thinly sliced, lean roast beef, and fresh buns. The dining area was clean, with background music and TVs. This has to be the most poorly managed Arby's in existence. I have tried to eat here three times in the last couple months. They are constantly out of nearly all of their basic ingredients. After the first two times this restaurant had become a running joke in our family. I decided to give it one final try. First words out of their moth was "we're out of roast beef". I said "you have to be kidding me. You guys need a manager. This is terrible." When I pulled around to leave, some hag I assume was the manager hung out the window and said, "don't ever come here again, we don't need you!" No worries, there, you already failed the last chance. This place used to be decent, but went downhill fast in last couple years. I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes before anyone noticed me. Ordered my food, but noticed the price was a little high, as they charged me for a CheeseSteak instead of Mozzarella Sticks. In order to get a refund they had to track down a manager (out back on a smoke break I guess?), making me wait several minutes to get my food until they got the money sorted out. I guess doing $2 plus tax in their head was too hard. Then I got attitude when I asked for a packet of Marinara for my Mozzarella sticks. Fries were cold, Mozzarella sticks were warm-ish but not hot, and the Gyro was literally colder than body temperature. No lie, it literally felt cool to the touch. Stopped through here on a road trip. Asked for bbq sauce and they told me they were OUT??? How is ARBYS out of BBQ sauce? The only sauce they had was ranch. Took a bite of my crinkle fries just to find out there were ice cold in the center. I will not be returning nor recommending this place to anyone. read more

I stopped here last week on my way thru to Northern Iowa. The place had maybe 8-9 people, half of whom had ordered. It took forever to get just basic food off the main menu and the kitchen seemed to be disorganized and playing a huge game of catch up. NOT CLEAN. Anywhere you look inside this Arby's is dirty. Employees are not attentive. Service was slow. The guy who took my order may have been high. When a loud buzzer went off indicating my mozz sticks were done, all of the several employees just ignored the LOUD beeping for what felt like eternity. They were not even busy. There were no lemons. Most Arby's have lemon wedges. I was not given my receipt or I'd do the survey usually offered on it. I felt the need to get this info out there, hence this review. The only reason for two stars instead of one is that my food was all hot and seemed fresh. All in all, worst Arby's experience I've had. read more

Terrible experience. We spent a total of 30 minutes trying to get food. 5 minutes in line approaching the drive through speaker and 15 minutes sitting at the speaker ready to order food before the order was taken. I think they're trying to control the speed which orders are filled once taken but it didn't work as it took another 10 minutes for them fulfill the order. The food tasted fine once received but terrible service. The woman working the drive through wasn't wearing a mask for Covid or gloves, handling money then drinks and food. Very slow and frustrating while trying to grab dinner on a road trip. We won't stop there again. read more

When trying to use a gift card it wouldn't work and the cashier asked her manager to helped and the manager just said "I don't know". Meanwhile a worker in the back just kicked some of the silverware under the fridge thing. Then we waiting for 30 min to get our food and they weren't that busy. The food we ordered is not what we received. My mom has Celiac and can't have gluten and asked for no croutons and no chicken on her salad, she got both of those things in her salad. Worst service ever here! Horrible, slow, and unengaged. The lady making the food in the back was shredding bacon for my daughter's salad. Asked for extra hot roasted turkey on the salad and paid for it, but didn't get it. Also very dry and old tasting. Opened the bag...no fork! Hard to eat a salad in the car without one! The food here was typical Arby's food. But the people working there need to work on cleanliness. The girl who took our order had several lip piercings and while eating our food another worker took a rug from the floor and rolled it up and then went behind the counter and started handling the food WITHOUT washing her hands!!!
