Terrible service. Ordered two meals one a kids meal, paid $16 for a kids meal as the other item was out of stock! Why not call the cx so they can order elsewhere from someone that has food in stock instead you charge me $16 in fees, tips and taxes cost me double for a forking kids meal! Awful service and will never recommend fast food from Arby's. Cost me over $40 due to placing another order for the child whose meal didn't come!!! read more

It's been years. Even though I panned this location in my last review, things have gotten much mo' better. Way better. There's been a physical remodeling. Great, because that was needed. The hell with fish and other less manly meats. Arby's is now meat central. So says they and so says I. I've been low-carbo'ing it lately, and I've shed 30 pounds. I'm not going to claim that eating here is healthy, but it whacks other fast food joints on the noggin'. I asked, but have not done this yet, and you can just get meat by the pound. Yeah, you may think "Uh, huh, 'meat'", but there are no cars. I'd call that a win. Great service in the drive-thru, but it's spotty if you go inside. Either way, Arby's **has the meats** and I like that. Give it a go! read more

Always got the order right for me so far. That should be 75% of the rating, as that's the most common issue in fast food. The other 25% seems to be the rarity of undercooked food, which has never happened here for me, yet. read more

Newly renovated but still the same tricks. Went inside and only one person working the front end and same person was also packing bags from online orders. Was a solid 4 minutes before I was even able to place an order for a single, plain chicken sandwich. There was only one person ahead of me waiting for an Uber order and I watched 14 drive through cars go through and still no chicken sandwich. After 9 more minutes, my sandwich came up and I left. Got home and gave it to my kid who wouldn't eat it because it was loaded with Mayo and veggies! read more

August 7, 2021 Saturday Horrible Experience!! Night crew told us to pull over and wait in the parking lot, for our food order! The inside of the restaurant was closed down for Maintenance according to their sign posted on Their door! We went through the drive thru and told them our order, at the window they told us to wait in the Parking lot! This happened about 7:20 pm, we waited and we waited and we waited about 15-20 minutes! But, we waited and watched 5 cars go through and they got their food order!! We did not understand this serious situation!! Did they ignore us? Did they forget us!! Finally we got our food order, but we were very sad About this negative experience!! The day crew is very kind and professional and Helpful to the customer!! The night crew seems hostile and unprofessional to the customer!! Will not go back ever again!! My dad and I walked into this Arby's at 8:50 p.m. on a Wednesday. We walk in and are the only people there. In front of us was a worker who had gone in and was't currently on the clock. After he ordered, my dad and I order. I got a meal and ordered a large peach lemonade as my drink. The worker in front of us got his lemonade almost immediately after he ordered. My dad and I waited like 15 minutes for our food and we got handed the cups for the fountain drinks after finally getting our food. My dad asked for tea because he doesn't drink soda and one of the workers looked at my dad, said "we're out of tea, but there's plenty of other options over there" and he walked away, and was very rude about it. I asked the girl who took my order for the peach lemonade and told her that I was handed a cup for the fountain drinks instead of getting the lemonade. She didn't even look at me but just said "oh I don't know a drink comes with the meal, and lemonade is made in the back" I replied with "yes, but I ordered a lemonade as my drink" and still without even looking at me replies "umm I don't know." I watched an Arby's commercial & in the ad showed a double decked Reuben sandwich. I Hopped in the car with mouth watering for the Reuben. The Reuben on the menu board showed a single Reuben. I asked the cashier where is the double Decker she said she didn't know what I was talking about. I will never go back read more

Recently remodeled about a year ago. The interior is pretty nice. Food is halfway on point, it is fast food so nothing quite amazing to say. Strictly food speaking this review should probably rate in at 3 stars since it's about the same quality as you'd find at any other Arby's. Being a big foodie, Arby's in Milton is the best Arby's I've ever been too! Trenton at drive thru delivered phenomenal service! He delivered our food quickly with a big smile and a few giggles! His chocolate syrup drizzle was the best artwork i've seen yet! It was the perfect ratio to the amount of whip cream in our milkshakes! He gave us everything we wanted and more! He anticipated our every need! We shall now refer to Trenton as the "drive thru legend"!! Thank you Trenton for the great service! read more

I am a customer at this location from time to time, and decided to drive-thru with my kids for lunch today. When I got home with our order, I realized they gave me a kids fry instead of the small fry that I paid for. I called to see if they just use the same container but maybe are supposed to fill it fuller, but the worker said they use a bigger cup, and if I come back the same day, they'll give me a small complimentary fry. Upon returning, since I was glad they corrected their error, decided to purchase the new mint, chocolate milkshake. The cashier thought I was requesting it be free with my free fry, but I explained I was still paying for the shake. It came in a soda cup, and I had to ask for the cream & toppings. When I got home with that to split it with the kids, it was nothing but green milky, water. I was livid. I tried calling again, with no answer, tried the website on the receipt, which is conveniently under construction, and am not going to load my kids up a 3rd time to go there! I thought I was being reasonable purchasing a shake since they were giving us the fry, but now I feel ripped off yet again!
