At first, I was intimidated by the full parking lot and long line inside, but it moved incredibly fast. While my son and I waited, a friendly staff member brought peppermint milkshakes for us to try. I immediately forgot about the line. Every employee was dressed like they take their jobs seriously. Shirt and ties, blouses, pearls. Not your traditional fast food attire. And they were all busy-wiping down tables, cleaning the glass on the door, checking in on customers, etc. Nobody was standing around looking bored. And while they were working, they were greeting people and offering to refill drinks and clear trash. The operation is impressive-it's obvious that these folks are well trained and take pride in their work. I'm so glad I took the extra few minutes to slow down and go inside.
