My boyfriend and I stopped in for brunch before getting on the road to go our separate ways to Charlottesville and Blacksburg after taking a trip to Lynchburg for the weekend, and couldn't pass up the opportunity to go to Biscuitville again! Unfortunately, there's no locations in our respective college towns so we only get to stop by every so often, usually when traveling further South. We got the ultimate country ham and spicy honey chicken biscuits with hash browns and shared a cinnamon roll, and everything was delicious and filling! P.S. would totally support a location in Blacksburg or Charlottesville!

I got a footlong cold cut tonight 2/18 and AGAIN barely any meat, all lettuce and this time half a bottle of pepper; mouth was on fire and I like spicy but this was way too much + didn't cut all the way through! She then leaned out the window & snatched the food out of my hand. The first girl started yelling at her, saying it was her first day & she didn't need to be so rude, especially to the customers. They yelled back & forth until another girl got in between them & got them to calm down. She was the one who ended up giving me the order & she apologized. I told her it wasn't her fault & to have a great day. Today, I picked up another order. The first girl to wait on me was very sweet & told me it would be just a minute. A gentleman was there too & he asked me to specify the customer's last initial because they had 2 orders with the sake first name, so I did. While I was waiting, same rude girl from last week walks up & asks me what I'm waiting on. I said they're working on it, but gave her the customer's name also. She got a major attitude immediately & said we have 2 ordeds with the same name, I need to know which one you want! The guy working on it I think told her he had it & she walked away. I filed a complaint with management as this is clearly not a person who should be allowed to interact with people. I personally would never eat there after the 2 experiences I've had in just a week. Terrible!
