She then leaned out the window & snatched the food out of my hand. The first girl started yelling at her, saying it was her first day & she didn't need to be so rude, especially to the customers. I told her it wasn't her fault & to have a great day. Today, I picked up another order. The first girl to wait on me was very sweet & told me it would be just a minute. A gentleman was there too & he asked me to specify the customer's last initial because they had 2 orders with the sake first name, so I did. While I was waiting, same rude girl from last week walks up & asks me what I'm waiting on. I said they're working on it, but gave her the customer's name also. She got a major attitude immediately & said we have 2 ordeds with the same name, I need to know which one you want! The guy working on it I think told her he had it & she walked away. I filed a complaint with management as this is clearly not a person who should be allowed to interact with people. I personally would never eat there after the 2 experiences I've had in just a week.
